If you have a stroller, you will find it challenging to reach your room due to the numerous stairs required to access it, which was a significant drawback. Additionally, the lavatory was broken with water leaking from the bottom. On a positive note, it was thoughtful to provide milk for the coffee; however, my wife unfortunately encountered one that had expired.

The location was excellent, the room included everything needed, and it was very spacious.

A stale smell in the bathroom. One of the plug sockets a previous guest had snapped and left it in. In trying to remove it I received a shock which tripped the flats electrics. However, very helpful staff on the phone help me locate the fuse box to fix

The building use door knobs that are unlocked by using a code or a phone. Sometimes it's easy to open the door but sometimes you have to grip the knob a little bit harder to get inside. The first day was the most challenging one

The positioning of the building is close to the center of Dortmund so you can get anywhere you please fast. You have beautiful view and the subway is nearby as well as shops and restaurants. The apartment is clean, modern and the assistance is very kind and helpful

I didn't like that there were no Bakeries in sight, you have to walk a few minutes to grab bread. I didn't like that there are steps and stairs before you reach your room since we had a Kinderwagen with us. If someone is on a wheelchair or Buggy, it will be challenging. 2 sets of stairs (with 2 -3 steps before you reach the Elevator plus a few more before your room) Busy street which one should expect since it is shown in the map. It was complicated to open the front door.

I liked that it was near the Aula where our family had an event to attend. I like that the U-Bahn station is right across the street. I like that the bed was firm enough and the room layout was very practical. I love that they have a coffee machine and a lot of tea selection. Customer service (via phone) is amazing.

It was hard to understand how to open the entrance and room door. All seems very digital, however an instruction how to push the door would be a great idea.

The property location is pretty good, 15 min walk from the city center. The property is good value for money. Very cozy and comfortable.

The room door entry using the handle was tricky. It was difficult to use and took practice. There were no drawers in the room for the clothes that don't require hangers.

WiFi signal was nit working from my room, but it was available elsewhere in the hotel. The staff tried to solve the problem, although no success.

Clean, comfortable, bright, spacious, bed was excellent, interior design. Complementary coffee and tea, small kitchen was great. The view from the window was nice, the location was excellent.

I would like to see bigger tea cups in the future :) Our room faced the street, so if you want your window open during night, it could get noisy till 1-2 AM. Otherwise, the windows are soundproof so maybe it is not a big issue.

Its right on the main strip so theres constant cars and people driving or walking past all hours of the night. The bathroom was unfortunately broken we we arrived. The shower handles were broken off and the shower leaked, the toilet was also broken. They said they would send someone but never did even after 4 days.
