The room is very tight so if you are staying with 2 people you need to coordinate during moments where you’re accessing your bags or entering/exiting the room.

I like the concept, However, the rooms are really small, so it is better to not have to many thing with you. Also you have to climb to your bed. The space is only for sleeping, there is no more room to do another thing inside the room, Another important thing to consider is that the all the showers are in the basement. Good thing is that they gave us a bathrobe and slips.

The facilities are new and look really great, The space were clean and it was a great experience to sleep in the cabins. They have a rooftop were you can go and enjoy a drink or take coffee. They use a system with a bracelet, to access to your room and other places and also use the bracelet to buy things inside the hotel.

The hotel is located not in the cleanest district of the city, although it is very close to the central main station. The rooms are small, so it might be hard to open / repack large suit cases. But this is how it is supposed to be in a cabin hotel.

Everything is very clean and new. Towels and a bath robe are provided. There is shampoo in the showers. Amazing for its money. Good WiFi signal and bluetooth speakers in each cabin. The light intensity in the cabin can be controlled. Very friendly and helpful staff. 24 hours front desk and ability to store the luggage before the check-in.

Check in took longer than l would have like. Unfortunately, l did not check in online so when l got there, the staff was on her cigarette break.

The location was great. The bed room was clean and all the facilities. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom gave an extra feeling of comfort, like a spa feeling. l expected to hear a lot of noise but it was quiet.

The hotel is not located at the best location. There was several police officers travelling around the square when we were there. Overall, I would not have felt safe to walk alone there at night or even during the day.

The staff was very nice, the concept was unique. The rooms were small but comfier than expected. Good value for money for a day trip.

Not being able to change the air condition temperature or flow speed is the only small nitpick I have. It was a little cold due to the direct air flow onto the face.

The location was a 7 minute walk from the central station but the area was not nice with a lot of alcoholism and open drug usage. We felt unsafe and took a longer way around via the main road. The cabins are well designed but if you have a lot of luggage (we had two large hiking backpacks) then you'll spend your time moving around these when entering/leaving the cabin. There was no tap water but if you ask the staff at the bar/reception they will fill up bottles for you.

Great check in with super friendly staff. All was clear and our cabin was really clean. There were loads of showers and toilets, and these were all clean. Generally it was quiet (you could hear people walking past the cabin but this stopped around 10/11pm). We only paid £40 which felt the right price for this accomodation, we wouldn't have paid much more than that.

I took a single cabin which was very small. But definitely value for money. I had just about enough space to stand and i had a small bag which was fine. If travelling light its great

The surrounding area wasn't that great. However, I only stayed one night and was no issue.

The whole hotel was immaculate. So clean. New, modern. My first time staying in a capsule and was pleasantly surprised. Shower area also great and so clean. Staff were helpful.

I think the price is a bit much for the bare minimum of an hotel room (bed) and many people per day. I liked my stay but wouldn't book it again for that price.

I love the whole ethos of this set up. very clean, staff were all fantastic, I will most definatey go back to hamburg and I will most definatey stay here again
