The hotel is not located at the best location. There was several police officers travelling around the square when we were there. Overall, I would not have felt safe to walk alone there at night or even during the day.

The staff was very nice, the concept was unique. The rooms were small but comfier than expected. Good value for money for a day trip.

Not being able to change the air condition temperature or flow speed is the only small nitpick I have. It was a little cold due to the direct air flow onto the face.

Great facility. Very kind and helpful staff. Very clean bathrooms and showers. Cabins are very well sound-isolated and comfortable.

The location was a 7 minute walk from the central station but the area was not nice with a lot of alcoholism and open drug usage. We felt unsafe and took a longer way around via the main road. The cabins are well designed but if you have a lot of luggage (we had two large hiking backpacks) then you'll spend your time moving around these when entering/leaving the cabin. There was no tap water but if you ask the staff at the bar/reception they will fill up bottles for you.

Great check in with super friendly staff. All was clear and our cabin was really clean. There were loads of showers and toilets, and these were all clean. Generally it was quiet (you could hear people walking past the cabin but this stopped around 10/11pm). We only paid £40 which felt the right price for this accomodation, we wouldn't have paid much more than that.

I took a single cabin which was very small. But definitely value for money. I had just about enough space to stand and i had a small bag which was fine. If travelling light its great

The surrounding area wasn't that great. However, I only stayed one night and was no issue.

The whole hotel was immaculate. So clean. New, modern. My first time staying in a capsule and was pleasantly surprised. Shower area also great and so clean. Staff were helpful.

I think the price is a bit much for the bare minimum of an hotel room (bed) and many people per day. I liked my stay but wouldn't book it again for that price.

While the hostel is near central station (8 min walk), the neighbourhood is quite sketchy.

The hostel was modern and clean. Overall, the cabins are pretty sound proof except for the lower cabins in which you can hear the neighbours above walk. Staff was friendly, and the shared spaces were nice!

The surrounding area its as such not a very nice one, hookers, drug dealers, etc. But if you don't disturb them they won't disturb you. It's a capsule hotel, so I would choose it again only if no "normal" hotels in a sane price range are available and I have to overnight in Hamburg centre.

It was my first experience at a capsule hotel, and as such was as expected. Clean, efficient. I chose a "double" capsule even if I was alone to get a bit more space.

The rooms are extremely small. If you have anything more than an overnight bag, you will have trouble in your room. The location of the hotel is great, however the direct street the hotel is on, does not feel welcoming or safe. The rooms were relatively sound proof, however you could feel the opening and closing of doors of neighbouring cabins very clearly.

Everything was modern and nicely decorated. The concept is brilliant and I like the hands-off check in procedures. The beds were very comfy.

Maybe not a very good option for people with limited mobility. Soundproofing wasn't very good, but it was not a problem since everyone there were quiet. But light sleepers will definitely be woken by other quests opening their doors and walking near. Neighborhood was not the nicest but we did not have any bad encounters. A woman traveling alone might not feel safe in the neighborhood after dark.

It was exactly what I expected. Really comfy beds and well thought usage of space.

I only wish that the rooms had a few more hooks. I and my partner are backpack traveling, and since the rooms are so spacious a few more hooks would have gone a long way! Nonetheless, the minor suggestion doesn’t change the fact that this was an amazing accommodation.

All of the staff were more than friendly and helpful! Me and my partner felt very welcomed.

The property is very close to the Central Station (7 minutes of walk) and Hamburg is a walkable city so the location was perfect from that aspect. Only the neighbourhood in general is a bit "dangerous". We didn't have problems, but I am not sure how safe would it be for ladies to walk around later at night. But in these cases there is an Uber or a bus - a bus station just a 2 min walk distance. :) And it says #cabininthehood :)))
