Everything! Would definitely stay again if I’m back in Frankfurt. Very spacious deluxe studio, cleanliness on point, very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The beds are super super comfortable. We loved our stay and we would definitely recommend.

The bar offered us a frozen pizza in three varieties, ended up only having salami. Then it took an hour to have them heated. For the ridiculous price of 14.00 Euros. In summary, there is nothing to eat at the hotel!

The rooms are large and beautifully decorated, making you feel at home. Many great restaurants nearby.

The bedding was weird as it seemed that it is not breathing since we were sweating in it. Also the hotel have a problem with ventilation as there were basically none, especially in the bathroom. I didn’t left the window open as wanted to have a good sleep without the city noizes, but it was hot and airless. The vegetables and fruits for breakfast seemed not very fresh. Sadly that when food finished, it finished, no one replaced the empty trays.

The room was AMAZING - spacious, modern, comfortable. It was an apartment type with stove, fridge with freezer and all the necessary if you decide to cook yourself. We didn’t cook as we had a breakfast included in the price. But the fridge was very useful for our drinks. 🤭 Bed was huge and comfy. The bathroom was also large with a double shower and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. All was to perfection. And the concept of the hotel seemed very interesting. The choice of food for breakfast was great.

Only one bus option very near. Other public transport options are about 15 min away by goot, which is not far, just trickier if you have a toddler.

Than we didn’t get to stay longer!! Only feedback is maybe clearer instructions for washing machine?? But this is nit picking at this stage!

Property was in excellent location and the room was one of the biggest and spacious rooms we had stayed in - was perfect for the night before flying back to Australia, as we were able to spread out all our suitcases and repack for the flight home. The bar downstairs made AH-MAZING cocktails and the bartender was awesome, making up one of my favourite cocktails even though not on the “offical” list! Bed was insanely comfortable and all staff were warm and welcoming, greeted with a smile everytime we talked in along with a simple “hello” or “good evening”. Unfortunately, we had a very early flight the next morning so were not able to have breakfast, but I’m sure it would have been amazing!!!

I have stayed at this hotel several times. Whenever I look for accommodation in Frankfurt, it is always my first choice. The room is large and clean. The facilities in the room, eg, the kitchenette and the bathroom, are great. The same applies to the facilities outside the room, eg, the laundry room. The hotel is close to a mall where you can get groceries, eg, at the markets such as REWE and DM, or the bakeries. The hotel is also close to bus, tram and underground rail stops.

Limited lunch and evening menu, but there were restaurants around

Very welcoming and friendly staff, efficient and kind bar staff. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, breakfast nice and varied, with the eating area being very ambient and welcoming. Unlike many other hotels, I did not feel like I was in a high school canteen. The bar area in the evening was a cosy and welcoming place to hang out, with chatty, helpful staff.

I booked hotel from 27th Nov till 6 th Dec. due to some emergency office work i have check out 1 day early. Staff as well as Booking . Com deny to accept 1 day prior check out and charged for full booking . Not happy with it.

It would be helpful to have some indication in the confirmation email or via messaging on where the underground parking is. Could have used a kitchen sponge in the room for washing the dishes. The hotel is new and the staff is still getting their way around the systems.

The location was good enough for our needs. The room was really big and the price was good. The kitchen had all necessary items so we could enjoy dinner and breakfast in the room. I especially liked the technology setup in the room, it was very easy to put music or Netflix on the TV from the phone. We travelled with our dog and she really enjoyed the king size bed in the room.

Unfortunately, only after multiple requests were we provided with extra pillows and blankets for the sofa bed, as well as towels. Despite the reservation being for four people, this was explicitly noted in the booking. On the second day, the two extra towels were taken away, leaving us with only two for the four of us.

Great and spacious room, perfect for a family with 2 kids. Very new, equipped with a small kitchenette and a seating area. The location is within walking distance to Messe Hall 3 and Skyline Plaza Mall.

Breakfast could have more options and also the re-filling time needs to be improved. Some items get over and are not re-filled.

Superb clean hotel, excellent staff especially Ms Parvathi from the front office deserves a special mention for her amazing hospitality. Very near to Messe and walkable distance

i was double charged! i did not give the property the right to take money of my card (pay at the property) yet i was charged double. when i complained they told me that they reversed the 'hold' which was not true. and it took almost 2 weeks more to get the money on my account and even then they gave me 1 .8 euro less than they ook without permission! i stayed in this hotel many times and gave them always 10/10 but this is really not ok! because of this this (and a hacker which sole 700 dol of my creditcard) my creditvcard was overdue. and if i did not have coincidentally an extra card i would have been stranded in the middle of my europe tour and unable to go home. on top of that many of my authorized payments could not go through anymore and i have to pay them extra! (telephone memberships etc) . I don t think they realized what consequences such things can have and then to give me even LESS tHAN THEY TOOK (after me having to run and mail after them several times) is really upsetting!
