Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

TurkeyMy second stay @Capri. Loved it the first time in 2022, decided to stay for the second, and will for sure prefer in the future. Excellent staff, both at the reception and the restaurant. The rooms are very clean, good size and well decorated. The location is very close to the Messe, 2 minutes to Skyline Plaza-Mall, 10 minutes to Hauptbahnhof, 15-20 minutes to Altstadt by walking. Thanx to Capri :)

SpainBoth rooms had a problem with the shower and its stand needed to be replaced. The bathroom in room 512 also splashed water from the bathtub to other areas during bathing, which could be solved by replacing the glass protector of the bathtub. The bed was very comfortable, but it made a little noise.
I had two rooms there, 512 and 513 which are connected by two doors . The rooms are equipped with all the facilities shown in the photos. The behavior of the staff, parking, breakfast were all good The location of the hotel was good and it was located near the shopping mall.

RomaniaIt is clean, the rooms are big, modern and soundproof, the heating works and can be adjusted as we have travelled in December and the staff is helpful. Early check in was something that helped us because we have arrived pretty early in the morning and there was no extra charge or anything. Also the early till almost late breakfast is a plus and there is quite a selection to choose from.
