There was some delay for 1 week till I got invoice, because generated invoice file in a system was corrupted.

Perfect location, close to oldtown. Apartment was clean, big enough, comfortable bed, has mini kitchen with all equipments needed. There is even Netflix. Good wifi.

It is across the tram and your can here it in the room. The accommodation can use more blankets and a laundry facility if your stay is longer.

It was a little further away than I would have liked, but not that far. About 15 mins walk from Altstadt through a really nice part of Dusseldorf

The only thing I didn't like was the shower. The water wasn't flowing properly.

The building and the apartment are a little rough around the egdes, but nothing that bothered us too much. Due to its central location you have a noise street (with tram) in front of the apartment T22, but with the windows closed, this was not a problem.

We enjoyed our 7-day stay at Centerapartments Tonhallenstraße (apartment T22) in a very central location in Düsseldorf. The apartment is very close to the Japanese Quarter, the Inner City, Hofgarten and the main train station, which was perfect for us. The apartment itself is spacious and can easily host 3 (maybe 4) people). It has a small kitchen, which seemed to have everything you need (but we did not use it much, despite the provided tea and coffee - thank you!). We did not have much interaction with the host, but if we had any, it was always welcoming and kind. Overall, Centerapartments Tonhallenstraße might be not to cosiest stay for a long Düsseldorf stay like ours. But we were happy in general and would recommend staying there, especially for short-term stays.

The room was as pictured, and it seemed even larger in person. It was clean and sufficiently equipped in the small kitchen area. The location is walk-able to the museums and other attractions in the city center as well as to cafes and restaurants in the neighborhoods. Internet access was seamless.

Not a negative but there were only very large square pillows and smaller long pillows on the bed - would recommend regular sized sleeping pillows be added to the apartment for a more comfortable night's sleep.

The location was great and easy to get to. Lots of food options nearby. Close to the central station with lots of local transport nearby. Entry to the apartment was very easy and nice not to have to worry about keys with the entry code. The apartment itself was clean and just enough space for 3 travelers. Greatly appreciated the fridge and coffee pods/coffee maker. There's also a small elevator to go up with your suitecase, which was also helpful. Access to Netflix on the tv, which was nice for the evening time. Great stay overall!

We had some problems with the keyless entry which the staff was able to quickly resolve. Some of the rooms were missing duvets for the extra bedding for the sofa beds.

The apartments were very comfortable and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

Nothing to complain about for our 2 night stay

Easy access by train from the airport. Good location for restaurants and shopping.( Aldi supermarket around the corner). Walking distance to Altstadt - Old Town ( longest bar with around 260 pubs, restaurants and bars) and Rhine River. Neat and clean property with lift access. Comfortable bed. Small well equipped kitchenette. Good bathroom. Clear directions for key pad self check in and received messages to check we got in ok.

The curtains didn’t quite reach all the way across the large window. The entry system to the room didn’t work when I arrived. The communication prior to arrival was too much, way to much, so that I could not find the important info of Room number, entry code, and address.

Both pans provided couldn't fit onto the conduction plate at the same time

Clean, comfortable, with all the good facilities like a good bed, smart TV, big table to play games on, good lighting, everything was just perfect. Staff was really friendly and helpful! Location was close to city centre which was perfect.
