How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

During my arrival, the main door did not open with the code the host provided. I called the number I found in my emails but no one answered. Finally, one of the other guests was going out and opened the door for me. Later on I made contact with the support (thank you Charan!) via Whatsapp and the issue was resolved. It was very late but thankfully Charan answered back. The knives inside the room are not usable. Please sharpen or change them.
Location is ver close to the center. There were, lots of towels and apartment has code base entry. Free coffee and tea plus good wifi are provided. Room was clean and comfortable. The support help through Whatsapp is good and reasonably fast. Remember parking is available but not free. Lots of parking is available close to the apartment. The support also introduced which parking complex was nearest and cheapest.

A couple of the walls were a bit grubby. Shower was slow to drain and overflowed a bit after a couple of consecutive uses.
Good location, 15 min walk from main train station, 15 min walk to Old Town and the river. Good sized apartment, nice and quiet. Nice clean towels and bed linen. Loads of tea and coffee and dishwasher tablets provided. 2 bedrooms had 2 single beds in each of them and the living room had a decent sofa bed.

Everything around The place is super clean. Very easy access to everywhere. Shops, restaurants, and best place for families and long term stay. We good gentleman helpful and he gave us very useful information. Easy check in. Furniture super clean. Best kitchen equipments. Very clean bathroom and shower. TV perfect. My 7 years old daughter and 17 years old son enjoyed the atmosphere and overall 100/100 bravo to the staff and the team.

it is located on a busy street, you can hear the neighbor’s above and next to you. Parking is tough and the only options are car garages which are expensive

Controlling the temperature below the radiator behind the couch is not that user friendly. And a response on my questions via the booking.com app were lacking

Our room was next to a big street. Because of the metro's and traffic outside, it can be a little loud sometimes.

The location of the apartment is really central, the apartment looks really nice, it is clean and comfortable. I was surprised to see we have free access to Netflix on the TV, so when the weather is not that nice or when you want to rest, you can binge your favorite show :)

all good, only missing little details like providing tissues and fixing the filter in bathrrom as it was loud,
