Good location and free parking nearby. Clean room and nice balcony... Very convenient transporation, in the middle of city center and Messe. Easy shopping and perfect local food nearby.

It was difficult to communicate with reception in english and we were not knowing german. we got little help on that so we have to figure out few things on our own

Clean room and furnishings, including kettle microwave and stove top. Fitness room had good equipment although a few pieces could be replaced. Quiet and peaceful stay, local supermarket with 200 yards aswell as nice restaurants and a tram stop direct to the city center.

Nothing, everything was fine.

The breakfast was really good. The beds were very comfortable and the closeness to the Catholic Church was good, for the Sunday service. It is also close to the U2 so we got to Hauptbahnhof easily every time.

Between the streetcar on one corner and the subway on the other, we got to everywhere else in the city easily. The neighborhood was quiet, but had plenty of restaurants within a stone's throw.

The Internet there is really awful. Connection is very slow and unstable. So, at least half of the time, I used my mobile internet instead.

I like the size of the room and the nice, almost central location with a field view. Shops, cafes, and U-bahn are just within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and have a useful kitchenette.

The WiFi-connection often drops due to ssl problems what can be easily fixed usually. Hope that hotel call an internet-person in the nearest time. The gym is very fun: there are no barbells and there are only the following dumbbells: a pair of 4-kg dumbbells, a 9-kg and an 6-kg without a pair, a pair of collapsible dumbbells but without plates clamps :) At the same time they have 4 benches :D At the same time, there is a good equipment for leg training

The location is great: the transport system in Munich is awesome, so you can get to the cite centre in 15-20 minutes. The breakfast is a bit better than a standard hotel one: it includes fresh croissants and some fancy salads. The in-room kitchen is well equipped for an apart-hotel. There is a huge supermarket across the street.

Easy check in after office hours & checkout at 12 noon which is very relaxing (but not common anymore in other places). Nice room with a view & small self catering facilities. I enjoyed it - thank you.

The check in for late arrivals could have been more smooth, especially considering that the hotel is listed as one with 24 hs reception when in reality it is not.

The room was very comfortable and had everything needed for cooking. The view from the balcony was lovely. It was properly clean too.

The shower curtains are placed in such a way that while showering, the water still splashes outside of the shower's splash zone. A slight inconvenience only though, as compared to many other establishments, some with even no curtains at all...

There's a kitchen in each room, and a balcony. As well as a common gym, which isn't that common with chain hotels. Though the gym is limited, it's always vacant and good enough.

The rooms were clean enough. They were a bit dated, but one of the rooms even though marked as non-smoking smelled heavily of cigarette smoke.
