The sound insulation to the corridor outside the room could be improved. The pillows in the bed where a bit small.

This is an excellent choice for a couple of days in Flensburg. We had a standard double room and it was a very good size and very comfortable. Location is perfect for the pedestrian area and the old town and there is private parking behind the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful but without frills and what you might expect, but the quality was first class. All the staff we met were pleasant and smiling and exceptionally helpful. All in all recommendable.

The floor in the shower cabin was very dangerous when wet, especially with soap etc. I damage two toes gliding into the "wall". I hope they fix that before our next stay. In addition the floor outside the cabin got wet which I presume is related to a crack in the bottom corner (room 215). The TV setup is old school and doesn't work efficiently.

Location is superb a stone throw away from the center. Claudia and Yannick in the reception took very good care of us during our stay and were very service minded. We stayed in the refurbished part ot the hotel which was nice.

The room was a bit minimalistic, but that’s a matter of taste. No complaints whatsoever.

We had a very modern, probably renovated and spacious room. Friendly staff (and quite a relief after the impersonal hotels in Denmark and Sweden). Varied Breakfast (very tasty salmon!). Close to the shopping area. Free parking for hotel guests is definitely a plus here.

Parking was full , need to park on street paid, no lights in the entrance of the room , shower was week, room are a bit dated, rest (and that is a lot of items ) was good for money paid , nice beds , room was big , breakfast was very nice , nice bar man , fair proces for drinks, etcetera.etcetera. Not fulltime score but close

The breakfast is scheduled from 6.30 am, and it would have been good to be told that it is open before as I had to catch a train at 6.48. As the hotel is close to the railway station, the hotel could make a advantage of understanding that. - I managed to grab some breakfast - and it looked and was good.

Would be nice if they had water boiler and tea/coffee facilities in the room, given the price. Road outside quite noisy. Far between stairs and lift.

Very helpful staff. Very spacious rooms on 1st floor, about 3,5 m to the ceiling! “City view” rooms face a very boring and busy central traffic two lane road so absolutely no need to pay for that!

Several spots in the room were dusty. It's also next to a busy/noisy road. So, the window couldn't be kept open at night. However, closing the window does a great job keeping the traffic noise out.

There is almost no wifi at the upper floor in the last rooms. No wifi signal. We used our mobile wifi. The hotel should also give the adress of the the car parking which has has an access from a back street.

Getting a room under the roof was more then crazy because of the heat. The crying seagull where more then crazy because you couldn`t open the window during the night. We left this hotel one night before needed but paid for full. I am more than disappointed.
