The front had trash all in the street. The front lobby had flies flying all around. The floor needed a mop. Stain on the hallway carpets. The staff member laughed when I asked for a room with air conditioning or a fan. The room was loud all night and early in the morning.

Proximity to the train station and downtown area. Reasonable if your on a budget, but look elsewhere first.

I expected the room won’t be any five star room for the price and location. In general, I think the room can have a deep cleaning once in a while. The shower head needs a replacement. The walls are very thin. I could hear my neighbors talking and laughing.

1. Location: It’s 5 minutes walking distance from the main train station. It’s very central. Most of the attractions are in walkable distance. 2. Reception: reception was very friendly and helpful. 3. Price: for such location and price we didn’t expect a lot for the room. But the room was equipped with everything a traveler would need for a short time stay. Well equipped with furnishings. The bed was clean and comfortable.

The stairs are absolutely disgusting. Checkout is at 10 a woman knocks at the door 9h40 and says “so you’re checking out now right ?!” As in “take your stuff and go”

This was a business trip so I asked for a receipt on which there is data of my company. They asked me all the details even before I arrived to Mahhneim, but when I got there, I still got the receipt without the data I explicitly asked them to put on the receipt. Then I explained that I need this data and they didn't know what I was talking about. Then I showed them our conversation where I sent all the data to them. They prepared another receipt and again it was completely wrong. Then they prepared another receipt and again it was wrong, but I gave up. Hopefully the mistakes are not too big and my company will reimburse me.

Location is very good. Near the main train station and also near the centre. There are some nice restaurants nearby and a supermarket right next to it.

Being on a main avenue, this hotel is extremely noisy. With the windows open, you can't sleep a wink. Even with the windows closed, you can hear the roar of traffic round the clock. The decor is very plain, basically it's just a place to park your suitcase.

Since it is literally a stone's throw from the main station, this hotel is very convenient as a base to explore the area around Mannheim without a car. The room was a fair size, with 2 big West-facing windows, and it had CNN. There is a Lidl next door.

You can tell that the furniture in the room is quite old, the bed felt quite worn although not necessarily uncomfortable. A bit inconvenient that the hotel is not always staffed, as I had to settle my bill online because I had to leave to catch an early train before any staff had arrived. Overall I was satisfied, basically you're getting what you pay for. It's a clean place to sleep and that's all I needed.

Very convenient location, only a 5 minute walk from the train station. The self check-in worked seamlessly, the room, washroom, and linens were clean. The hotel manager was easy to communicate with.

The sensor of the tap in the bathroom did not work and had to be turned on first. The towels had dirty spots and looked dirty. The lift is dark and looks The whole place needs a renovation.

The wifi there is not stable, sometimes I even need to use my own Internet. The drainage system in the bathroom is not good. Every time I felt like it is a flood after I took a shower. This does not influence the experience in the main room. It is just a little bit annoying.

The location is really nice. Just in the middle between the central station and water tower. There are many tram stations nearby.

Wifi did not work in the room and only so-so in the stairwell. The room did not seem to have any sound isolation, everything that happened on the street was clearly audible inside. The mattresses seemed convex, which was not a pleasant experience.

The room was big enough and there was enough storage space. The room was clearly well cleaned and towels were provided as promised.
