The location is about the best you can find in Munster. In the center of town.

There was only one chair in the room which is one too little for two persons.

Highlight of the room was the night light in the bathroom. The room had a balcony and a view on a Christmas market. Great location. There is a car parking on the other side of the street and many bakeries in the area for cheap and delicious breakfast.

We missed a second chair neas the entrance. A wall in the middle of the room was a little bit strange. It was a pitty, that the hotel was in a holiday modus an so there was no bar to be used after return. A big problem was the waitingtime for taxis!

You only get shampoo and soap once at the beginning of your stay, not matter how long you stay- in our case 11 nights; don t you think we deserve more? Why don`t you use a sustainable solution for this anyway? Big refilled bottles?

I definitely should have paid attention to the room size: 18qm of a room with only a bed and a tiny rack for clothes for a price of more than 200 EUR in a city like Münster is really a lot and therefore I did not feel it is good value for money. The room was also very noisy as a cafe/bar was directly opposite the street and had long opening hours; opening the window was not a real choice therefore. Some very minor things that I would normally not mention, but completed the picture of this particular stay: Some of the amenities were not sealed and obviously in previous use - and the toilet looked fancy will all kinds of shower functions, but did not work. When I mentioned at the check-out that I was not happy with the stay, there was no reaction or attempt to further understand (which gave me the feeling that nobody really cared)

The location is in the middle of the city - ideal for visiting Münster for sightseeing and shopping. The staff was very friendly, in particular upon arrival and the room was clean

The breakfast was a little overpriced (I didn't have it included in the room price) and I missed having a proper closet.

The central location means some noice on Saturday evening, if you are very sensitive you might need earplugs.

Great central location near shops and restaurants, only 10 minutes walking distance from the railway station. Check in is until 8 pm but a very friendly staff waited 15 minutes for me. My room was modern with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast is delicious.

Everything was good. Perhaps if sound bothers you, it will be good to ask for a room at the back rather than front.

Very nice hotel at a great location in the centre of Münster. The room was comfortable and clean and had all the necessary facilities and more. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was also very nice.

Not really a dislike—check in was later than we expected, but the hotel kindly stored our bags so we could explore!

Service from staff was great. Exceeded our expectations upon arrival and looked up local places for us. Beautiful shower/modern amenities. Room was very quiet, no outside noise. Lounge downstairs is chic with great cocktails. Would stay again and recommend.

Just a little niggle, there was no wardrobe in the room, just an open frame for hanging some clothes on. Also to note, it can get noisy at night due to the nearby entertainment area and students and busy traffic junction. However, we would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was ideally placed near the Altstadt and Dom and a bus stop was across the road. The walk from the Central Station took 20min to the hotel. We had a bright, spacious room with a big comfortable bed. The bathroom had a big shower and free toiletries. The breakfast had everything we wanted, a selection of fresh bred/rolls,croissants, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt and a selection of cheeses/ham/jams etc. We were offered cooked eggs and musli too.
