No elevator. Some noise late (23h) outside sometimes but still a safe neighborhood.

Clean well equiped studio. Perfect location (Konstablerwache). Direct train to airport (T8/T9) and direct metro to Messe Frankfurt. Next to famous shopping street Zeil. Restaurants, cafeteria and supermarkets around the corner.

The apartment was very clean and the host was amazing. We accidentally locked the keys inside the apartment one night and he was very professional and courteous to immediately help in arranging a spare key and helped us get inside the apartment. Within matter of minutes. I would recommend this apartment highly. He was also kind enough to allow me to stay till 3pm on checkout as my flight was at 8pm from Frankfurt. Very helpful host.

Perfect location for a city break to Frankfurt. We walked everywhere as the apartment is very central. Only 6 stops on the S-bahn to the airport. Apartment had everything we needed.

The neighbourhood did not feel safe. Yes, it’s the central part of the city. The entrance into the apartment building is door to door with some kind of a bookmaker store. So, from morning till night people just “hang around” on the street. There is nothing bad to report , but coming back in the evening in this small secluded street does not feel comfortable. Pillow was of a horrible quality as exists only in cheap hotels. The need to leave 4 euros of the city tax in cash was annoying. I do not carry cash anymore and had to look for it.

It’s a small apartment in the center of Frankfurt. 1 minute walk from subway. 30 min from the airport by the direct S-train. Pedestrian street, restaurants and shopping just at the corner. Great value for money, especially at the time of Book fair. Clean linens and towels. Good soundproof windows and thick black curtains that allow you to sleep comfortably. Flawless fully automated checkin and check out. Clear instructions about the check in.w Wfi was easy to connect and seemed to have a good speed. Overall a good stay.

Noise at 3am from a distribution centre across the street. Trucks and loading from 6am Dope and cigarette smoking beneath window so need to keep closed at certain times of evening

Location is brilliant and really if you can put up with the street noise until about 10pm it is ok Early morning noise is annoying Bed is very comfortable Bathroom is good

No AC! The two nights I was there were super hot..... and it's on the top floor. The light bulbs will heat up the room as well.... No lift! Gotta carry my suitcase to the 4th floor by walking the stairs....

The room seems to be trapping a lot of heat - even with all windows open, it did not cool down. Also upon check-in, I feel the room could be kept cleaner. There was dust in some places and amenities in the kitchen that people use are not entirely clean.

The street outside was a bit noisy- since it was so hot outside we needed to sleep with windows open. but then we got some air conditioning placed in the room which was great help.

the location is just great! close to everything you need. the appartment is clean and has enough space for your stuff, and the shower was very nice. friendly and service minded staff- easy access to checkin , communication and checkout.

It's very noisy at night, especially with windows open (and it gets very stuffy if windows are closed.) A fan would improve things a lot during the summer. Also, they could be more generous with soap and body wash in the shower.

The location is excellent, 10 min walk from the center of old town, a few metro stops from the main train station, accessible by S-bahn from the airport. The room was clean but on the small side. The beds are comfortable.

It would be better if there was a black-out curtain at the window, because there are curtains but in the morning they led enough light to pass to wake us. The passage where the apartment is, is very lonely, but it is really a few meters away from a very lively street and we had really no security problems, it was only a feeling of insecurity.

The apartment was perfect for two days in Frankfurt. It is clearly newly renovated and has a kitchenette with supplies to make simple dishes. It was very hot for May in Frankfurt (28°C), so we missed to have an air con, but we knew that there wasn't and understand that this climate is rare in this season. The owner was very kind to let us enter early, as our plane arrived an hour early, and the check in process was very simple. He was very responsive at all time, he answered us always in minutes. Location is very good, 100m distance of Konstablerwache U-Bahn and S-Bahn station, to which we arrived direct from Frankfurt airport (S-Bahn S8 or S9). And at wakable distance from the old town, and the super commercial Zeil street.

Very, very loud. I'm not sure how the building security system works, but someone rang the doorbell 3-4 Time throughout the whole night, like many times from 23:00 til 3:00 am. Also without considering the doorbells, the building was generally loud at night.

I sunk in the pillows. Too light maybe? Had to use two pillows to sleep so might have to ask for a third one next time or bring from home, but nice bed.

Nice bed and shower. I loved the location especially when a Starbucks was right around the corner. Definitely wanna stay here next time as well!
