I stayed for six nights. In such a pretentious and stylish hotel, the trash cans were not cleaned for three days, indeed there were two days off, but the next three working days were not cleaned, so in six days they were emptied only once. The room is for one person and has kitchenette, and a huge dishwasher, although there is no dining area - so it was completely unnecessary for one person. However, the hairdryer in the bathroom did not work and the electric kettle did not turn itself off.

The hotel is very elegant, has a lovely spacious lobby, the room is large, the bed is great, the bathroom is excellent. Free tea and coffee available in the lobby at all times. The location is very good - right next to Hauptkirche Michaelis, 10 minutes from the harbor and 15 minutes from the Elbphilharmonie - the most amazing and beautiful concert hall in the world, visited by a huge number of tourists. You can't talk about the staff in general, it depends on the person. When I came home late one night and one of the wardrobe doors had come off the rail and I didn't have the physical strength to lift it, the front desk told me they would call a technician the next day, and in the morning the young man at the front desk arranged for the door to be installed in two minutes on the rail and I am very grateful to him.

The room needs a upgrade for sound insulation. It shakes every 5min when the S-Bahn or U-Bahn was passing by, with loud noises, you can barely sleep in the room. Room was not so clean when we arrived. Water cooker full of yellowish liquid.

there could be some coffee and sugar in room instead of having to go to the lobby to get some. a bit more emphasis on the toiletries is also recommended. The bed linen and the pillows had a strange smell giving the feeling they were not fresh.

The staff was very helpful. We booked a parking lot with an EV charger. Although the parking space was taken by another car, the hotel staff was very active in trying to contact the other guest so that they can move their car. Late in the evening the problem was solved nicely. We really appreciate the staff spending effort to solve the problem!

We had to ask for assistance to use the washing machine. The QR code on the instruction leaflet in the room opened a broken web link. However, the maintenance staff came quickly and were friendly and helpful and explained the issue.

We had an apartment on the top floor. There were three of us, and the two fully equipped bathrooms and sofa bed were exactly what we needed. We used the washing machine and dryer too. The location was great, only 3 mins from the S-Bahn or bus stop. We didn't have breakfast, but it looked good, and we were impressed with the 24 hour free tea/coffee for hotel guests.

it’s one of the more expensive hotels I’ve stayed in but the location and facilities definitely make up for it. only thing for me was the shower was quite stained and I think the drain was slightly blocked - the bathroom smelt after having a shower

kitchenette was really well equipped, bed was super comfy and chrome cast on the tv worked perfectly free to use coffee machine was awesome too

It is an apartment hotel, hence no daily room cleaning. The room was well equipped and everything was clean. Bed and cushion comfortable. Loud Main Street, but with closed windows no problem. Public transport very close. No frills, but breakfast looked very good. It is a nice and pretty walk to the centre (15-20 mins) Elias from reception was excellent, very friendly and reliable, thank you! (Elias read "Rich dad poor dad")

Pillows stunk of sweat I was in ro 209 ( incase its the only room ) I had to buy 2pillows for my self as I couldn't afford another night with the hotel pillows..plse change pillows or throw away old ones every often

Location is very good close to the train station city . The hotel is close to hotel is close to the road but NO noise thanks to their double or triple grazed windows 😀 Their breakfast is nice .and staff are very helpful.

The location was perfect, placed directly in between Hamburg Centre and St Pauli made it a short walk to any form of entertainment! The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and a very nice place to relax in. Finally the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout day and night.

We had a plesant stay - not much to improve. If you like apartment hotels, this would be a good choice.

The room was spacious and well stocked with everything necessary for a long term stay, but great for short term too. There is free coffee & tea in the lobby and vending machines for well priced beverages and snacks. The bed was comfortable and the room relatively quiet for being in the city center. Several good restaurants and coffee shops right around the area.
