There was an odour which I couldn’t put my finger on but was either a damp or drain smell. The towels had definitely seen better days and were almost see through. A few too many hairs on sheets on arrival.

Great location. An effort had been made with some nice finishing touches such as pictures, mirrors. Big space. Self contained kitchen. Cheap accomodation.

The kitchen was barely stocked. 2 steel pans and a single baking sheet made cooking anything beyond soup very difficult.

A self check-in available 24/7. A room and bathroom was really spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a kitchen annex with an electric cooker & fridge. I received comprehensive information about check-in, available amenities, etc. right after booking the apartment.

- Room equipment maintenance is poor: brocken electric kettle, bed fixed with duck tape, brocken kitchen trash bin and soap dispenser, etc.) - The room is on a 1st floor, huge window on parking lot - a lot of noise at night - It's OK for 1 night, but for that price room maintenance should be better

The room was as described to have a sofa bed for our kid, but this was not there and no extra bedding. We phoned the property twice without answer and left two messages. Luckily, When we came back in the evening, they had put an additional folding bed. The blinders of the room did not make it dark, the mattresses were saggy, and the towels from the 80s. There was no shower gel/shampoo.

- The access code for the entrance was not received - No mobile phone signal in the room, and the WLAN got time limitation. I need to wear up my clothes, go down stair to the side of the road to receive some signal, and text the host to get new access code, because he does not pick up the call! I waited in the rain & cold weather until he give the feedback. - The 2 rooms I stayed are pretty cold, I was freezed and waked up several times at night. The temperature of heater can not be adjusted. - Can not shower. No Shampoo, open the tap for 2 minutes and no hot water get out.

The host never pick up the phone, some times even ignore my message. Only 2 days arranged me in 2 different rooms, with still 3 vacant rooms available to switch. Previous communication gives no result.

1️⃣ False Advertising: The description on Booking.com stated that in the apartment there'd be a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, microwave, and coffee maker. None were available. 2️⃣ Broken Electric Kettle: The one appliance they did provide—an electric kettle—wasn't functioning. 3️⃣ Dirty Kitchenware: From an unsanitized strainer to dirty cutlery and oven trays, the kitchen was not up to par. 4️⃣ Unpleasant Bathroom: The bathroom often had a noticeable odor, and one of the shower doors is loose at the bottom, causing it to fall when moved. 5️⃣ Poor Communication: The hosts were unresponsive across all channels—Booking.com, their Guest App, email, WhatsApp, and even phone calls went unanswered.

While the location of A02 CITY APARTMENT in Ravensburg was convenient, that's about the only positive note I can mention.

I didn't like that the hole in the bed was sealed with tape, in the bathroom the shower stall leaked while I was taking a shower. In addition, one of the glass doors rested only on the upper rollers. I'm not sure if this is a defect or not, but the apartment did not have shower gel and shampoo. The fabric armchair that was in the apartment was covered in wool and should be cleaned
