In the morning I a found a written information about the possibility to be fined because my car is polluting the precious air of the city center. I parked the car in the hostel's parking, for a fee, but nobody warned me about.

The room had a very strong smell of cleaning chemicals that I couldn't get rid of despite leaving the window wide open for the daytime. Shower was warm (NOT HOT) which isn't so nice in German winter. Often noisy from ambulances going past also from other guests in hallways.

Location is great. Very close to the city center. Staff friendly

We stayed there one night during our bike tour. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The location was really enjoyable to visit the city centre of Augsburg by foot.

It was noisey in the area outdoor, Traffic. sirens, and night people partying all hours. Inside was fine. Directions were poor which cost me 20 extra to take a cab.

Unfortunately, i didn’t see that i booked a shared bathroom but it was ok. I just don’t like was that other guest hanged their underwear and stink pants inside the shower room. We also availed their daily breakfast, it was good except for the juice. I think it was there for a long time cause it is starting to taste sour like it is going to be spoiled in a couple of days.

The location was terrific. Trams are readily available on both sides. If you came the center the trams stops in front of the hostel and if you want to go to the center you just need to cross a street. Norma and Edeka is just around the corner. I love the staffs, they were accommodating especially the asian one. She even recommended us to visit the Japanese Cultural Festival in the Botanical Garden.

Woke up at 6 in the morning with people screaming in the hallway at least for an hour, while slamming doors and sliding things up and down the stairs.

Location was good and bed was comfortable.

The amenities are quite poor even for a hostel (one shared shower per I don't know how many rooms and people). There were very noisy neighbours on the same floor (with a party until 3 o'clock at night). Next night was much better, already was possible to have some sleep. The tram in the street is quite loud :( and it works until 1.00 at night and starts at 5.00.

The place was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.

We had some issues at first with the warm water at the shower (but it could be fixed later on). Need to walk a bit from the station (or use public transport).

There was no hot water in the shower. The heater was not working in the room. Toilets were not clean.

The reception desk were very friendly. Helped us with late night check in.

No individual toilette facilities per room but common bathroom and toilettes at the end of the corridor, which were not always available (too few for that many rooms). Hand washer sink and shower tray sink clogged.

I could sleep very well. Breakfast was good and abundant.
