I would have appreciated a table to work with the computer in the maisonette.

The automatic light under the bed, never seen before, is very useful, great idea. I like the design of the whole room, the interior designer did a good job. Excellent breakfast, not to be missed. Absolutely necessary for me to be able to park the car.

Facilities were limited to an indoor pool and restaurants. It would have been great to have a small room for gym workout.

Fantastic location, 8 minutes walking from the train station and close to the lake. Breakfast was fine and wonderful staff.

The bed was hard as a rock with a postage stamp sized duvet.

Excellent breakfast. The super staff made 2 dinner reservations for us at excellent local restaurants. The parking was very convenient behind the hotel. The hotel is 1/2 block from the lakeside promenade

1. the room was too small. 2. the Toilet was too much in Room. no closed door and really inconvenient. 3. The worst thing: it's NOT AT ALL A FAMILY HOTEL. The Sauna should be used without Clothes, it's okay. BUT, THE MEN WERE WALKING IN THE SWIMMING POOL AND RELAXING AREA WITHOUT CLOTHES. THAT WAS SO ANNOYING AND THERE WAS NO CONTROL FROM THE STAFF!!!!!! 4. The Pool was too Small and without a Single Window. Completely Surrounded by Walls. Feels Like can not Breath.

Easy to reach for carbon-friendly travellers (both from Hafenbahnhof and Stadtbahnhof). Great rooms with all equipment you need. Nice breakfast with many options and much space. Staff is exceptionally friendly. Pool and sauna are small, but nice. Great point to start exploring the lake (e.g. by Katamaran to Konstanz).

The breakfast was great, the location was convenient to the lake and ferry terminal, very nice pool. We traveled with our small dogs and they were very pet friendly. I accidentally left an item in the room and didn’t realize until I was home and they mailed it back to me at no cost, which was very nice.

The best buffet breakfast on our trip, with everything constantly replenished. Modern hotel, clean, well-kept, beautiful bathroom and an excellent location close to everything, walking or on bike. This was the best hotel on our three-week trip with 8 hotels.

Located right in the downtown between two nearest train and bus stations which makes logistics to Messe and Airport easier. Awesome breakfast, good bar, spacious room, good sleep quality. Very helpful staff.

The car park is busy not helped by the fact that some people struggle to stay within the lines. Not sure what the hotel can do to help that but it’s frustrating all the same when one car takes 2 spaces in an already busy car park. There is no stair case (that I could find) back up from the swimming pool in the basement. The lift would come down from Reception already full at busy times leaving us waiting a while.

The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived. The room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was good, a nice variety.

Towel radiator didn't work. The shampoo is very cheap and not really convenient. It is better to bring own. So for the money they charge for a night it is unacceptable. Hotel parking is usually filled with the cars, it is impossible to find free space. Btw city underground parking is 5 minutes away, by foot.

Great location, the hotel itself looks fine. Amazing views from sundeck. Friendly personnel. My wife stayed only for a night, so cannot rate most of hotel facilities.
