Cant sleep at night because you can hear the white noise in the walls

The room was not very clean, and the cot provided for our baby wasn't either. The staff did swap the cot for a clean one though when we raised this concern. The beds weren't very comfortable and the walls are very thin. We could almost make out the conversations in the room next to us.

The staff was very nice to us. They provided cutlery for us after we ordered some takeaway for dinner and gave us hot water in our thermos for making baby bottles on the way home. Being able to park underneath the hotel was very convenient, even if the entryway to the garage was very narrow. The bathroom was good for a one night stay.

Fantastic apartment! Fantastic location! Fantastic host for communication! We had a lovely stay over Christmas in the well sized apartment. Super close to town and parking. Communicated frequently with the host with no problem whatsoever.

A kettle in the room would have been lovely.

The location was great. Breakfast lovely. Comfy bed and individual quilts is always a bonus. The open shelves are great - we’re less likely to leave stuff behind! The staff were very friendly too.

Light sleepers will find the traffic noise in rooms facing the street quite bothersome.

Centrally located, great for exploring the city. Room was very clean and the air conditioning unit was a very welcome extra.

I was traveling with our one year old daughter. she is used to sleep in a dark and quiet room. The hotel room was very bright. The sun blind was ineffective, it let through most of the light in the room. the curtains were not heavy enough to block the sunlight. Since we were there in the month of May, days were long. The little one couldn’t sleep until it was dark . The room was small, after we spread the travel cot, there was hardly any space left in the room. When we checked in we could park at the underground parking garage in the hotel. Later that day we took the car out to visit a fort just outside town. Upon returning after a couple of hours, we found that the garage was full. Hotel staff only said ‘sorry, but we can’t help’. Luckily I found a space in a garage 500 meters away.. People who travel with their children know how many bags one needs to carry for a baby. we needed to carry all the bags to the parking garage 500 meters away as the hotel didn’t have a short term parking to load unload either.

Staff were absent from reception, both at check in and check out. I had to wait quite a long time (and there was no sign saying "back in a minute". The hotel also hosts events, which take place on the same floor as the rooms, so there was quite a lot of noise as people left in the evening, then glasses and plates and trolleys rattling as they cleaned up. Luckily finished before it got too late.

The location right next to the old town was great, and a good price. The room was spacious and comfy.

Bedroom a little box very hot sweaty pillows and duvets. Shower very slippery and the squeezy soap dispensers did not function.

Lovely hotel literally cross the road and you are in the beautiful old town of Koblenz..Hotel room was spotless. We stayed in a twin room which was very comfortable with very comfortable beds.

hotel and room modern and clean. the shower was the cabin type which I don’t particularly like, but it is common. Breakfast room is large and well-organized. Breakfast staff very friendly. very nice breakfast selection. Parking garage is directly under the hotel.

No water kettle. Toilet is a little dirty on the first day. Breakfast is a little expensive (more expensive than another 3 star hotel in Paris at the same time).

Air Conditioner is available and quiet. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is big enough with good views.

The room in the very top floor (under the roof) was quite small and although the weather was not particularly hot that night, the temperature in the room was hot. The biggest problem however was the noise from the main street. Not only the traffic noise, but particularly the huge noise from the surrounding bars, which took until the late Sunday morning.

The location of the hotel is pretty good, it is just next to the entrance to the pedestrian zone in the city centre and within a short walking distance to Deutches Eck.
