Location is Good and Cleaniness is good.

Location is good but rooms were too small. Beds are not comfortable at all. Lift is not there in the property so get ready to lift heavy weight. Heater is not working properly. Rooms were in length so you would not get more space. No table chair in the room, no space to keep luggage. Avoid it if possible.

The room did not match the images in the website. An extra bed was added in the room with no space to move around. It was more of a cramped hostel room than a hotel.

The cleaning needs a lot to be improved. I didn't like the fact that we had room at the last floor with children, with no lift. I am glad I did only one night.

We had an adjoining door to another room. When the guests arrived we may as well have been in the room with them. That's a major issue. The location is not good. However 5 minutes away, beyond the train station is beautiful.

Guy at reception was friendly and accomodating. We arrived early and room was ready. Room was small but clean and modern and cosy. Bedlinen white and fresh, bed comfortable. Bathroom clean and nice.

No lift, so difficult if you have a lot of bags, as we did. Area is a little seedy, especially at night. No wardrobe space at all. We upgraded to a triple at a nominal charge and used the extra bed to put our clothes and belongings on it.

Very near the train station and this was very convenient for us. Generally clean, comfortable bed, helpful with keeping luggage in advance of check in. Basic but perfect for what we needed.

the biggest disadvantage with this property is that they don't have elevator. So, please don't book this hotel if you have lot of luggage and if you have senior citizens, then please avoid this hotel

cost effective, great location. there is a small Indian restaurant that makes great fantastic food; may be a short 7 to 8 mins of walkable distance to the central station. I spoke to the lady at the front desk over the phone and she was very very courteous.

The room was very small and cramped, and the bathroom was separated from the room by a divider, so not really a separate bathroom at all. My room was just on the staircase and the door wasn't very thick so I could hear people outside. Also there was no way to be sure the door was locked as it always opened from the inside? But I guess it probably was locked from the outside. The location is convenient but the area is very unsavoury.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. It's fine if all you need is a place close to the train station to crash.

No elevator. But, the hotel is still very good value for the price.

I have read the reviews before booking, so I prepared my expectations accordingly. The hotel is indeed basic considering the facilities, but it is also very clean and quiet. Rooms are brand new. The receptionists were very professional. I felt safe, since the front door is locked and the hotel is not on the very main road. It is in a typical German Haupbahnhof neighborhood, with great train and bus connections, but with lots of shady people on the streets.

The other guests were loud into the early hours of the morning but that isn't the fault of the hotel! The hotel staff were amazing and kept asking them to turn their music off.

The location was amazing. Perfect for our overnight stop in Hamburg. It was really close to the train station. The staff were great and friendly too.

The neighbourhood at night is not the best. The facilities in the room are very gaunt.

There was basically no furniture in the room except for the bed, tv, a hanger and extremely small night stands. On our second evening there was no heating in the room and I had to ask twice until I was given electric blower heater. I understand there's nothing that can be done late in the evening but I would've expected their reaction on the issue and not me going again to ask for something that is mandatory. On a side note, the neighborhood at the evening was quite shady and various criminal-like people were walking around, so have this in mind. The contrast is huge with the day time when everything seems more than normal and just the opposite.

The location is close to the main railway and bus station, you can reach them by foot in few minutes.

smelly bed sheets🤢 under the toilet seat had some pee drops… in general not so clean especially for a new hotel… be ready to be charged 4€ per person per night for the city tax, that’s not mentioned anywhere at all, normally booking.com contains such information…

There are numerous narrow stairs which is difficult with luggage. There was no fridge, no microwave, no kettle, no coffee or tea. The walls are thin so we could hear every occupant coming up the stairs and talking in their rooms. The shower is tiny. The carpet was filthy.
