How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

Beds too low. Space between bathroom stool and walls a little tight. At least 1 luggage rack would be nice.
Location great. Shower powerful, but stall a little tight. Staff friendly and helpful. Mini fridge worked well. Beds fairly comfortable. Good price. Having 2 chairs in room was nice. Lift was fast.

We hear noises from outside, not very loud, but still annoying. Parking was all booked out, so we need to park in the parking nearby for 13 euro/ day.
Location is perfect for city exploring, the room was clean and cosy. The reception staff were friendly.

Our stay was very good. Location was excellent, staff very helpful, room good, breakfast good. Also, we were unfortunate to have problems with our car. The receptionist was extremely helpful and even reserved a space for us right outside the hotel entrance for when we returned with a hire car.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the breakfast, since it is indicated here that is "Very good", but to me it was only average (for instance, the scrambled eggs were not very good and cold, unfortunately they didn't have vegan milk, and the backer offer was quite limited). But as I said, this is just being very picky, it was a good breakfast in any case, and I would still have chosen this hotel :)
The room was very clean and organized, and the location is awesome. The size of the room was also very good, but without doubt the best thing was the people working there (from the Reception to the cleaning stuff). They were really friendly and helpful. The room is really very well equipped, even with quite a good minibar and hairdrier. Nothing to complain about!

We were tricked into paying for breakfast. We were told it was included upon check in because we don’t eat enough to make it worth it. Then found $22/day on our credit card when we got home!

The hotel has own parking Spaces in front (ca. 10). However you cannot reserve them. If you arrive late there are for sure no parking spaces left and you can go to the public parking house close to. It is very close, but of course not as comfortable as parking just in front of the hotel
The Location is very close to the City Centre and to the Main River side. The staff was outstandingly friendly.

Although it is the end of October, the room was very warm and couldn’t regulate the temperature. To open the window it was to noisy, so it was not comfortable to sleep. Apart from that we had a good stay.

Location to the Old Town part of the city. Right on the main Boulevard but a short walk to the old town. I've stayed there twice and they offered me covered parking for my motorcycle. Right across the street from a nice bar with out door seating. I was returning to the hotel and felt like a small ice cream. All the local places had just closed but, when I asked, the hotel kitchen found me three scoops of ice cream. That was nice.
