We had a room on the 5th floor. Requires stairs which was fine for us. But the shower was extremely cramped and difficult to use with the slanted ceiling. If you are shorter than 5’9 it probably wouldn’t be an issue.

Big big room, bed was comfy. Walkable to train station and cathedral. I saw reviews that the construction was loud in the morning but we woke up on a Thursday morning and no one was working on the construction site so it was not an issue for us.

The fridge didn't work, noise from the elevator was noticeable, and work was being done that limited the facilities that were promised.

Great location close to the Cathedral, nice room overlooking a lovely courtyard. Great staff, very helpful and accommodating with my lack of German.

The room had a noticeably strong scent of some perfume or cleaning solution. It was easy to open the balcony door and let the room have some fresh air. However, many people may be quite sensitive to such scents. Also we noticed that the coffee cups were quite dusty.

The staff was helpful, kind and professional. The room had all the facilities we needed and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. It was a good stay!

Parking was not easy.

Front desk personnel was really nice and helpful with parking the car. But we had sent in a note saying would arrive after along day at midnight - we were given a room next to construction site ( started works early in the morning ).

The coffee pods were low quality, there was no paper towel or a small pan for the kitchen area. Our reservation was for 3 and we only got 2 towels, even after the cleaning service. The trash can wasn't emptied and the tissues were not replaced. Not enough wardrobe space even for a few days.

The staff was amazing, the location and room size were great. Breakfast was good and they were welcoming with kids.

I would stay there again, but I would request not to be on 5th floor, although it is considered an upgrade, which they nicely gave me . I am over 6 ft tall and slanted ceilings did cause me to bump my head several times and it was difficult to stand up in the shower.

Room was a little unclean. Broken plug in bath which was a bit sharp. Also the step out of the bath to the bathroom floor was very extreme in height, would definitely be an issue for olders guests and could lead to accidents, it caught us both off guard as the difference in levels isn't usually as big as this.

The staff were great, so welcoming and super helpful with directing us around the city and things to see, where we could catch boats or where local flohmarkts were being held. They also let us store our luggage before and after checkout. We knew about the construction site prior to our stay so that wasn't an issue for us and we enjoyed seeing how they worked. Beautiful courtyard, would love to see the hotel in summer. Great location close enough to the city, within walking distance and lots of nice suburbs to explore too.

The 4th floor room is good, but the roof projects over the bed. Have to be careful when getting up, especially if tall.

The room rate was too expensive for a 4-star hotel, which didn't provide daily cleaning and didn't change towels daily. I would not consider it more than a 2-star hotel.

there is no elevator to the 5th floor. I was not able to carry my big luggage but the stuff was very kind and helped me.

I missed for a shower you could hold in your hand, and some conditioner for more convenient hair washing :)

Everything good, especially I liked having plenty of different vegetables on breakfast. Staff was helpful (even at night) and I did not have to wait in the reception at any occassion. Candy also appreciated :)

The breakfast: scrambled eggs were finished at 0730 and when i left breakfast at 0800 nothing was replaced. If items are finished they are not replaced within a reasonable time. As well air conditioning was not going down 21 degrees. Sometimes was hot …

The shower in was located in an eave which made it a bit hard to use

The location was really convenient for us near the train station but also in a quiet neighbourhood. Our room was larger than we expected and comfortable, with a great view!

The hotel is functioning in a historical building, which was nicely refurbished. The room was very cozy, although spacious, and spotless clean, with the view to the interior courtyard which was really quiet at this time of the year. The bed was really comfy. Hospitable staff, supportive throughout the staying.

It was very cold in the room. The bed was not a big double, it was two beds put together, which were sliding apart from time to time. The breakfast was much better when we visited before, but croissants are still great. One of the people from personnel at the reception was rude and unwilling to help. All the rest workers were great, though. So thanks to them.
