Everything, rooms are large decor and attention to detail of every room, resturant, presentation of food, tables bathroom's list is endless, while also maintaining a friendly welcome.

This is a hotel where you can see that the owner has a passion for costumer service and for detail. No expense has been spared in the construction, the fittings, the triple glazing, and the amenities. The use of the curtain to divide the bathroom area from the living / sleeping area is clever. The staff couldn't have been more helpful with our needs & requests and the breakfast was excellent.

Everything was just perfect. The hotel is super comfortable and modern. The rooms are very cosy and quiet. The location is ideal, because you are close to the airport and you can go directly into the city centre and the staff make you feel like you are family ! We will definitely come back as soon as possible .

Nothing really wifi was awkward to connect due to my signal in our room, but I entered code in lobby connected instantly,

High-end finish to fitting decor and soft furnishings. Spotless staff were amazingly helpful Very close to station easy to get into the city to explore, also train from airport.

I didnt like the key. It was quite a large key ring with my room number on it. breakfast was not served until 8.30am. Unfortunately we had to leave earlier and could not order breakfast. We would of liked to have breakfast at clouncy.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, on our first night they helped us order food as it was late. Very helpful - VERY nice! Room was comfortable with a nice TV and lighting. Shower was Great. Complimentary coffee was good quality. Very nice room.

It was very clean. The rooms were very comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurant was excellent and worth going to even if we weren’t staying in the hotel.

Location was perfect as it was right by a train station. The rooms are exquisitely designed.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike here. Some might grumble about no Aircon, but it wasn't a problem, the window opened wide and the air was fresh !!

Clouny's Boutique Hotel was AMAZING !! It was so new- the cab driver didn't know that it now was also a Hotel, knowing it only as a Restaurant. I was very very late arriving - and the night staff were there to greet me. I quickly retired to the room to let the staff rest. When I came down the following morning, I found the WIFI Password on the table at the front of the house. I went through, had a lovely breakfast, and an excellent coffee. I didn't try the evening meal - but will make sure I do next time. !! Super A *****

- Breakfast was rather underwhelming for the price of 25 Euro. - Room wasn't cleaned up twice, despite having put the sign on the door handle. - Very small fridge. - Mixed staff demeanor. Overall friendly though. - Wifi wasn't available for two days, but alternative a) Mobyclick free Wifi was available by an other service provider b) was it got fixed after the weekend quickly.

- Good, quiet location. - 30m away from S-Bahn. Direct connection to city center (30min). 20 min to airport. - Consumer market, good bakery and Turkish take away within 50m. - Rather small, but clean and aesthetically pleasing room. - Nice little worktable. Comfortable bed. Good sleep. - After check-in I realized that one item got lost on the trip to the hotel. The staff took the time to organize and alternative item.

You should double check the location, it is next to the railway station and it can be very noisy even with closed windows. Also it was quite hot, so you had to choose between silence and fresh air.

The room is superb, just like the breakfast.

The street is quit busy, especially early early in the morning, and that would be alright if you could close the window, but then it became too hot. So, an airco was missing, but only a fan would be sufficient too!

We loved this hotel! it's all very new and with the highest quality details. The bed is super comfy and the rest of the room really well designed. The staff is super friendly! Really a breath of fresh air! The welcome is super and the explanation of things really informal and friendly. The hotel restaurant was great too!

It was my second stay here and I just really like the place. The location right next to the subway is perfect for me and the interior including the bed is impeccable. Staff is friendly and now they serve breakfast outside on the terrace

We were in a regular room for 2 persons. All nice, clean and well arranged, however this size room is really way too small for 2 people, also because with the shower built into the room itself and only a curtain divider, if your partner wants to shower you cannot sleep. For two you should order a larger room.

A very nice, quiet hotel, even though right next to the S-Bahn. Great location for further excursions as there are many stops on the S-Bahn line, also to great restaurants. The breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL; the staff went to extra lengths to get me laugenbretzel for breakfast from the bakery next door. Very much appreciated.

The hotel is brand new and you kinda see it at some points, that there are still some areas in cunstruction work. But nothing that will affect your stay.

Cozy room. Directly at the train station. Exceptional staff, as example they show you your room personally. There is a restaurant inside the hotel.
