Personnel was exceptionnel many thanks to them. The decoration was very nice. The situation is good : too close to central station and we visit Munich by walking. I appreciate also the fact that they had a dedicated children's play area. The breakfast was very good.

Limited selection of hot breakfast food. Good selection of drinks, pastry and cereals.

Room smaller but comfortable. TV difficult to navigate but that is likely a language issue. Shower with rain head very nice.

Breakfast could be better as well as opportunity to have a dinner at the hotel - it was closed quite early.

I very liked interior and location was close to the old town! Very helpful staff and good addition services like parking place until 15 o’clock next day, possibly to leave your luggage.

The only downside was that in the shower there's nothing to hold on to.There is no handle in case someone slips and there's also no anti slip mat on the shower floor.

Everything was perfect.The hospitality, the breakfast room and the food itself.The room was small but cozy and enough for 2 persons.Also the location was great cause you had the train station nearby.I would suggest the Hotel Cocoon unreservedly.

Breakfast was a bit on the expensive side. The garage is very narrow and very difficult to navigate. Be careful when parking / going out.

Nice location and good value for money. Clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff. Hauptbahnhof station is 3-4 minutes by foot and from there you can get anywhere in the city.

There is no space to place anything on a bedside table. Its just the bed against the wall and no table, so this can be a bit awkward if you have a glass of water or want to put your phone down.

Room was modern and ultra clean. Great shower as well. I went down to reception to get some water and they have a nice water dispenser where you fill a bottle with still or sparkling water.

The hotel is close to the central train station and a short walk into the main city centre. The hotel is clean with great friendly staff.

Got a free upgrade to a room with a terrace which was nice, but the wooden deck could use a layer of varnish as it was splintering. Would have been perfect if there was a kettle in the room for tea.

Very cool decor throughout the hotel. Well spaced room with everything you need. Very environmentally conscious - did not see any plastic packaging or single use plastic in the trip. You also have to opt in for daily cleaning - though cleaning staff do come in to open the windows to air out the rooms. Good variety of breakfast choices. Great location about 5mins walk from the HBF and other tourist areas.

The location is good, but the bar is very busy at night, so I'm afraid to approach the counter.

The pillows are terrible. We couldn't sleep because if the pilows. The concierge told us to write this on booking because it was the interior designer idea to put this pillows and everybody complain about the pillows. The lights in the bathroom only turn on while the lights in the room are turned on. Really silly.

The room is beautiful and comfy. The idea to decorate the hotel as a ski reaort is amazing. The breakfast is amazing. Lovely hotel! Great location.

We chose the hotel because of its close proximity to the train station which made using the public transit to get around very easy. The included breakfast was very good and the hotel tried to vary it each morning. We loved the hotels theme, which was tastefully incorporated throughout the hotel.

Compact room was nicely decorated and quiet but unpleasant smell of drains in the bathroom. This didn’t improve when running the water unfortunately.

Centrally located hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and funny themed room, with large living area and board games - would love to stay here again!
