Pillar was too soft. used cushions form the couch.

Location in the centre on town. easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. two minutes from the River Leine and Maschsee. Buffet breakfast hot and cold food. Room was large comfortable bed (pillar was far too soft) would definitely stay here again.

The staff is very kind. The room had a large window that could be opened. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the view on the Market Square very pretty. The hotel has a dog-friendly policy.

The room is not bad, but the bathroom is not a room, the toilet and shower are enclosed by glass partitions and very cramped, which was quite uncomfortable

In general, the location, cleanliness, polite staff, everything is just wonderful, and the breakfast was quite varied and tasty

The room was a bit noisy both from the square outside, which cannot be helped and is an acceptable trade off for the position, but also from the hall but this may be due to the renovation that was ongoing during my stay.

The hotel is in a great position very close to bars restaurants and the red thread. The room was a good size and very clean.

The toilet is the smallest I have ever seen and not workable. The rooms are pretty basic, it would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities.

Location to the Christmas market is super, it's sits right in it. It's soundproof so no noise comes through. The staff are lovely, helpful and kind. The breakfast is nice, good choice.

It was very close to church's bell sound. It rings a lot during my stay.

The location, the staff and the breakfast were really good. The hotel is right beside a nice street with several restaurants and close to a river.

Not so much didn't like, but worth being aware that the bathroom facilities are in the room itself rather than being ensuite - fine for solo travel, but definitely no privacy if sharing. If you like to keep the window open and are more bothered by smells than noise, consider asking for a room on the front side since the smell of cigarette smoke comes in from people taking their break out the back. Finally, the vending machine on the ground floor delivers drinks far more gently than the one of the fourth floor, which is good for avoiding getting sprayed by the beer you've just purchased (cash required).

Clean and comfortable room with a firm mattress. Good shower with fixed rain head and hand held. Excellent breakfast with plenty of options. Helpful staff and a great location for exploring the city.

The hotel room was clean and the breakfast was really good. I have no complaints, it was a quick stay and it met all of our needs.

The in-room bathroom facilities are completely lacking in privacy. The toilet space is tiny and shares a glass door with the shower. There is almost no screen between the bed and the shower and toilet.

The hotel is very central indeed and has its own car park.

There was a kettle in the room, but there was only a limited selection of tea and no coffee on offer. Also, the toilet paper wasn't replenished when the room was made up, and the receptionist was a little condescending when we asked for this to be sorted out.

The location was great, and the room was spacious. There was a wide variety of choices for breakfast, and the freshly squeezed orange juice machine was a nice touch. We managed to get a much larger room as an upgrade for only €4 per night.

Our room was a reasonable size, we were both able to open out our suitcases without difficulty. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff very helpful and the location perfect for our needs.
