Breakfast is too expensive (20€) for the choices you get. There is one soap bottle in the sink and one shampoo bottle in the shower - you have to take the soap with you to the shower and then back to the sink if you just want to wash your hands which is not very convenient.

Great sound insulation so you will get a nice, quiet rest. Comfy beds that have one sof and one firmer pillow for each person, so no matter your preference you will find decent support. Location quite central, although the immediate vicinity in Mitte is a bit dead as it's purely a hotel area. Very friendly staff. Walk-in shower.

No kettle or coffee machine in the room. Some areas would benefit from a refresh, but that is probably reflected in the price.

Breakfast very good. Room spacious & beds comfortable, shower was fantastic. A very well designed hotel with high quality fixtures and fittings. Location great - walking distance to museums and central areas, underground station very close. There were good restaurants in walking distance.

The elevator in the morning was annoying for many of us; there was only one of two operating and it was behaving erratically, which meant it took some time for us to get to the ground floor! Mentioned this to the front desk, but she was quite defensive

The air conditioner did not work in the room, and the temperature was regulated from the reception desk. I asked to change the temperature from 25 to 23, but this did not happen. I was told it could take some time, but it may have happened after I had already left. Fortunately, I did not travel during a very hot time of the year

Room:the first day,the room is very hot that I could not sleep.After talking to reception,they change a bigger room for me.
