Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe location was walkable to the city centre however there was minimal bars and restaurants near the hotel if you wanted to stay local. The hotel bar closed early so we couldn’t have a drink there in the evening too.
Staff were really friendly and helpful getting us checked in upon arrival. Rooms were as expected, basic amenities provided for a comfortable stay. Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed for a great night sleep.

GermanyIt's conveniently located near the central train and bus stations. However, the bathroom has visible black mold (muffa) along the bottom. Surprisingly, there's no handwashing liquid, and soap is provided, which is unexpected in the post-COVID era. The family room is quite small, making it challenging for three people with substantial luggage to move around comfortably. The breakfast, priced at about 25 euros per person each day, is considerably high compared to other hotels. Additionally, the inconvenience is heightened as one needs to endure long queues to secure a table or seats for breakfast. This experience was something entirely new to me.

The hotel is in a perfect location close to the Hamburg central station with excellent staff and cleanliness. The rooms are spacious with an amazing bathroom and modern design. The breakfast is delicious!
