How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A little tricky to get to due to road and traffic conditions Walls are paper thin, so you can hear anyone going by

The rooms are a little dorm-like and if you are unlucky and your neighbours are noisy, then you're gonna hear them. The sink is super small and the bathroom is not the most comfortable, but honestly, it does the job. For some reason I didn't get new towels every day, that was the norm here previously.
Literally steps away from the Harras junction, which means a direct metro connection to downtown, and direct connection to the Hauptbahnhof by S-Bahn, that takes like 10 minutes. Amazing. Also the beds are indeed fluffy :) Despite its shortcomings I find this place to be a great value, I usually stay here when I'm visiting town.

Carpet was dirty, there were holes in the sheet, room was very hot and needed to open windows all the time, noise isolation was very bad. The rooms need renovation - in pictures everything look better. it would be nice if every room had at least a kettle. but it was possible to buy tea or coffee at the reception.
Good location, pleasant neighbourhood, good internet, nice staff. There is a parking place.

No plug points near the bed or the table. There is mold in the bathroom. Rooms are not soundproof at all, you can hear people talking, yelling and watching videos like they are in same room. Couldn’t sleep some night because of the noise from other rooms. Someone even tried to break into my room, hotel staff gave me a new key card

The rooms in the basement have virtually no sound proofing so if you are staying in the basement, expect to hear toilets flushing and water running through pipes.
Great location. 500m from the Metro station.

A noise insulation is terrible. Not very well-mannered neighbors in the middle of the night were noisy and interfered with sleep. thanks to the staff for their help in solving this problem. The switch in the hallway and the faucet in the bathroom should be replaced. Also need more shelves and/or hooks in the bathroom.
The room was clean and warm. There is a micro-ventilation on the windows - it's good. TV with a big screen in the room. The stuff is friendly and ready to help.

I would like to add a refrigerator and electric kettle to the room.
Accommodation is so comfortable. It takes you not more than 20 min.to reach the center of the City or Central Station. The surroundings of the Hotel are quiet. The rooms are clean. It is exellent value for money.

The furnishings in my room were not very new and clean. Sometimes I could smell the sewage. I could also constantly hear the sounds of sewage due to a pipe located in the wall directly beside the bed. Also, it would be better to add at least an electric kettle to the rooms, because the prices for drinks at the reception, comparable to those in cafes, are too excessive in my opinion. Wi-Fi connection wasn't fast and stable enough as well.
It is a good option for a short stay. The hotel is well located and the city center can be reached by subway in 15-20 minutes. It was good value for money in the winter season when I stayed, but in summer the prices are obviously inflated, so I wouldn't stay here for more than 50 euros a night.

Only thing i wasn't so happy is that there must be at least water boiler in each room. I thought it is already provided.
