Receptionists were really friendly and helpful, everything is clean and modern. They have great suggestions on were to go and how to get there. Rooms are nice, temperature was right, is really useful to have the bathroom and shower inside the bedroom also.

Breakfast was nice and also rooms were clean. I liked that the toilet sink and shower were all separate so there were no lines for the bathroom in the morning. Staff was super nice

The lift was turned off after 11pm - this is not the best accessibility for those who can’t do stairs.

Very very clean. Kind and welcoming staff. Good breakfast. Room was comfortable and it even had a table which was useful. Quick walk to the centre.

A bit expensive, can be loud with school trips. Weird that elevator doesn't work during the night. Breakfast is quite basic but alright for a hostel.

Clean, spacious room, power socket at the bed, warm water, bed sheets & towels. Good central location between Hbf and Sendlinger Tor. Very friendly and helpful staff! Free locker for the check-out day.

Cons: Room - No kettle in the room or fridge. Sharp shelf above the bed which is bit dangerous. Elevator - Elevator is closed at night which makes it hard with to walk with luggage.

Pros: WIFI - Good WIFI at all the building. Room - Comftobrle bed, clean and nice bathroom. Has large window. queit also. Hot water. Has table and chairs. Has closet. Good heating. Location - Good and close to the centers. Elevator - Yes Staff - Very kind staff.

It would be good to add a hairdryer in rooms.

It was a perfect hostel - only 3/4 beds and there are private bathroom and toilet in the room! Very comfy bed. The breakfast is very good. The perfect central location - between railway/bus station and old town. Just 10 min walk. The area is safe in general, just during the night time seems like a bit not comfy to walk.

There was a man in the kitchen speaking in a raised voice and sometimes in an unkind tone with guests. He did it with me and was again doing it with some others from Asia. When I went for breakfast, I could see only one table for four laid out with cutleries and cups. Being a single customer and following habit, I choose to occupy a table for two. I picked up a cup from among lots of cups placed in front of him on a tray. He told me angrily that I should go and sit in a place assigned for me where cups are ready and not take one from him. I followed his advice. I could see the same pattern repeating with other guests on the next day.

I would hardly recommend this hotel because everything was perfect! It is clean, nice, close to the city center, safe, breakfast was great...simply great , grade 10👍 Definitely will come back there next time I visit Münich!

It’s not possible to add your luggage in the locker if it’s big. No curtains in the bed, no privacy.

Everything was fabulous from the very first greeting until the young man held the door as I begrudgingly left. The staff could not have been more helpful or kind. The entire experience was in the spirit of the YMCA I grew up with. My room had absolutely everything I needed - a comfy bed with a reading light, a good pillow, table + chairs, and a well equipped bathroom. The room was quiet, and the breakfast was surprisingly tasty. I highly recommend!
