No wifi I got no coffee Shower was warm but didn't get hot

Great location, close to public transport (less than 10mins from the airport) and wide range of shops and supermarkets. Single room/ studio small but has all amenities required. Bed is comfortable, heating worked really well.

Despite there is only one kitchen for all appartments you can prepare there only tea of coffee. I was missing in this kitchen at least microwave. What was worst - in the rooms you found info that additional bottles with water (charged 1 EUR/bottle) are available in this kitchen. Unfortunatlly, fridge was empty.

Rooms were comfortable. Location is good (we could choose train, U-bahn or bus).

The only critix I have is that there were traces of moulding close to the window.

It has a convenient location, a few steps from a metro stop, and all necessary amenities (shop, restaurant). The size of the room was fitting, check-in was easy, no hassle with anything. The bath was also comfortable. Heating worked well.

I chose room with double bed, but got two seperate beds. Shower couldnt be properly closed so its impossible to not have wet floor.

The room was noisy, as it was situated on the street level, facing the street. I had to sleep with earplugs on. I did not have a fridge or any opportunity to store or prepare food.

The room was clean, the heat was at a comfortable level, and the bath conditions were nice: clean facilities and the water was hot.

• A very inconvenient small sink - it was on the same level as the mirror stand, and you had to hit your forehead against the stand when you leaned over to wash your face.

• The place is very close to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn (it takes about 5-6 stops to get to the center). • Not far, within walking distance, there are cafeterias and shops, shopping centers QUARREE and W1. • The hostel is located on the lower ground, and the windows look directly onto the sidewalk, so you look at the feet of passers-by. My family booked three single rooms. They all differed in configuration and size. Our rooms were located in different entrances, not far from each other We liked everything. There were no special complaints. • The rooms had everything you needed. Personally, the kitchen set in my room included a coffee machine (along with coffee and sugar), several cups, and teaspoons. One of my family members had more things like a sink, microwave, toaster, dishes, mugs, and even a small refrigerator. If you don’t care what’s in your room, and if you don’t plan to cook, etc., then I think for you it doesn't make any sense which room to choose. • There are many different channels on TV, and there is even a radio with great music. Unfortunately, we did not find subtitles in the settings, but we were even able to find a channel in our native language, which was very pleasing. • In addition to the sockets, there was also an additional hole for USB.

Due to the fact that the room is on the first floor, it is damp, there is a smell of dampness, the bed is damp all the time.

Unexpectedly we got a full apartment with a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Clean and cozy place. Self check-in and check-out. Close to U-Bahn, but on a calm street.

They don't provide their own wifi but instruct the guests to use the free Hamburg's MobyKlick wifi. It requires users to log in every four hours, which would be tolerable, but the connection at the location is spotty and breaking up every few minutes, the login page requires multiple refreshes to load. Luckily this time I didn't need to work on my trip, but if you do, make sure you have a sufficient mobile plan.

The floor in the hallway is lower than in rooms and the edges were sharp and hard. My wife got injured her toes.

The location was very good - not in the centre but approx. 8 stations by the underground. The undeground station was located 1 minute by walk. Wide offer of restaurants and shops nearby.

I didn't realise it was on the ground floor when making the booking, though it was very quiet most of the time. However, for this reason the windows could not be opened and I would have liked some fresh air from time to time.

Although not right in the city centre, the location was very close to both a U-bahn and an S-bahn station and you can go directly to the main train station and the centre. The neighbourhood felt very safe. There are several supermarkets (Edeka, Netto etc) within 5 mins walking distance, including a late-hour SPAR express. If you walk another 5 mins there is a shopping district with banks and all sorts of stores. The studio was clean in general, but the bathroom in particular was super clean and bright and seemed to have been recently refurbished. I also appreciated the plentiful coffee and the nice coffee machine.

It was in the basement, not even ground floor. I particularly avoid these rooms or apartments when I am travelling, I hate waking up in the dark, and this info was also nowhere in the description. I also didn't like that I wasn't sent the check-in info and details via message here, as per usual, but I had to call in the phone when I arrived. In my case my bf lives in Germany so we could call with his phone, but on other circumstances this could be quite an issue for a foreigner that is also not informed about this in advance, and has to find a way to telephone after what could be a long trip to get there. Overall though, the space is nice for 1-2 nights sleep kinda situation.

The entrance was so complicated because they referred us to another “door” other than the main hotels door. It smelled in the room, the floor was dirty (we kept our shoes on) and personal busted into our room while we were sleeping… without knocking! It was rather disappointing.

We liked that it was rather easy to communicate online with the staff.
