Car park was charged at 10 euro not mentioned in the booking and was full of vans making parking difficult. Only fast food outlets in close proximity.

Accommodation booked to be near airport for early flight. Hotel is in a dull industrial estate surrounded by car dealerships and commercial premises. It seemed to be used extensively by airport or trades people. Arrived quite late around 9.30pm and waited 20 mins in reception to be checked in. Room was very basic and a little tired in decor, stains on old carpet, but overall clean. Bathroom was clean and functional with towels provided. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety, bakery, fruit, numerous drinks and a limited hot option of eggs and sausage. Overall stay was comfortable.

No receptionist at night, front door was locked and was not informed on how the hotel room key could open the main door, had to call the hotel and spoke to someone who I think I woke up, informing the guest of how this could be done on checking in could of avoided this.

Public transport directly outside the hotel, easy to get around Hamburg. Hotel is basic but rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were helpful, spoke English and informative about places to go.

I asked for the receipt in the afternoon to check out quick in the morning due to an early flight, they said it will be quick in the morning no worry. In the morning was the women on the desk also in charge for the breakfest I guess because at both locations noone was seen and there is no bell to ring. I asked for the receipt and was charged for two person breakfast. I asked that I was traveling alone and they told me that since I booked a two person room (one person booking via booking.com) I get charged two times for breakfast. I said that this is not correct, but I had no time for a longer discussion. The rest was really fine so 4 Stars are right in my opinion but this seems a little bit scammy.

Bedroom was very basic and also in the basement so a bit grim but ok as as somewhere to crash. I ordered a taxi with reception the night before but it didn't show up and there was nobody on reception in the early morning. If i didn't have uber could have been a bit of a tricky situation

Had an unexpected stopover due to missed connection and this hotel was the cheapest option close to the airport for an early morning flight. About 10 mins in a taxi. N.B. Be warned - Taxi drivers do not accept cards! apparently this is quite common. You will need cash

The furniture felt a bit cheap, I used the desk quiet a lot and the chair was somewhat uncomfortable, and the table wasn't the best either. All in all, I think it is not great, but good enough for ahort stays.

The hotel is close to the airport, literally within walking distance (a 15-20 minute walk, quiet pleasant), check in was quick and easy. The room was alright, a bed and bathroom, with a very large TV. It was clean, and everything worked well. The beds were comfortable and there was no noise, could hardly tell we were next to the airport. There are a couple of good restaurants close by, and the breakfast that the hotel serves is decent, not too many options but more than enough if staying for one or two days.

The hotel does not look great from the outside and there is not much room at reception. There did not seem to be a bar, but we arrived late. Also, I had bags and had to lug them up and down stairs to the room.

Stayed here because of a flight cancellation and it passed the test. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was limited but good value.

No breakfast even I paid for it and I asked when I checked in. Because I told them that I have to leave at 6:00 o'clock and they told me coffee and a little snack is ready at this time already. It was not. In the bathroom it was molding in the shower and the faucet in the sink was loss. Water was dripping from the faucet into the washbasin and it was more than moldy. The room was facing towards the street and it was very loud and I am not fastidious but for that price it's not worth and even not 3 Stars. You have to pay extra 7,-€ for parking per day.

Mattress was hard/too firm, very uncomfortable Room was hot and stuffy. Should have had some circulation. When I opened the windows in an attempt to get a breeze, the flies and wasps came inside because there weren’t any screens! I realize it’s not customary to have screens in Germany…but why??? This is a modern first world country…WHY no screens in most places? Doesn’t make sense!!!

They will charge you 7 euros to park on THEIR parking lot, television is only broadcasting foreign shows, kitchen staff is not friendly. The hotel is situated in a activity / industrial area outside town

This hotel is recommended for 1 night stay because of the small room, the queen bed is very comfortable and bathroom is nice and clean. Nice breakfast to start the day.
