The breakfast is decent, not excellent, especially if you look for sweet options. And probably a few more waiters/waitresses would ensure a more adequate quality of service.

The hotel is nicely located right in the very centre of the town, making easy to reach any nearby restaurants and places to visit. The room was clean and comfy. The staff quite supportive in trying to accommodate customers request.

It was confusing at the start as there were two separate buildings.

The location in the centre of the town was perfect and there was a free car park nearby, The breakfasts were very good and the staff were very friendly.

The pillows were kind of fluffy but not enough volume. I usually don’t like pillows too tall but I used two and still felt not enough.

This hotel is at the center of the town with many restaurants around including one at the hotel. We stayed at the newly renovated building although it would be cool had we stayed at the original historic building. The renovated building is very contemporary interior wise and super clean. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was exceptionally good and delicious.

The room was super, and I am just picking on details here... it was a bit warm, especially at night and while it was great to be able to open the window ( which isnt always possible) , the bread delivery and churchbells did make for an early start !. The other thing was (as another review mentioned) the bathroom light is on a motion sensor. Which is super convenient after a few in the Brauhaus but it stays on way too long and lights up the whole room as its a glass door. The other thing for me... I never do well with these stupid (German !!) large, square pillows with now filling in them. You spend half the night trying to get the filling into one corner so its supportive enough.... but again thats my issue.

Great hotel, wonderful first impression that was maintained throughout the stay. Super room, with the blend of modern and traditional. Parking instructions were clear and accurate, which is essential in the town. Breakfast was super and such a pleasant change not having a buffet, table service felt much more elegant, to match the surroundings. Coffee was rich and plentiful. Overall the experience was excellent from checkin to check out !!. Would highly recommend.

I don't understand why this place only has 4 starts. I received 5-star service! The breakfast was excellent! The staff are amazing! Book a table in the restaurant. It's worth it!

Our family room was perfect for our 2 adults and 2 children. The beds were comfy and clean. It had lots of charm mixed with modern comforts and amenities. We dined at the restaurant and the food was exceptional.

The location was perfect. A free public parking area was within walking distance. All the historic sites were within close to the hotel.

No elevator so it is difficult with big luggage. We knew that so it is not a surprise.

The room is great, big, and beautiful, the bathroom is big, Wi-Fi, the bed. location of the hotel, breakfast was good even it served and not an open buffet. Parking free, they take the car for the parking and returned it in the morning

Our shower  flooded and we called the concierge and they responded right away and fixed it.  The only other thing that bothered us was that the bathroom lights automatically came on when you walked in, but there was no way to turn them off, and they stay on for a while before turning off after you leave the room. The door of the bathroom was just frosted glass, so it lets the light in . It should be a solid door. 

Location, the room are fabulous! It was a 5-star hotel.

Service at dinner was rather slow. Perhaps I caught them on a busy evening.

An impressive old hotel in the middle of an impressive old town, but with modern facilities in the bedrooms. I felt very at home here. Excellent breakfast.
