How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The matres was hard, and one pillow was just to big and the other one just to small, the blanket could be a little bit longer for me (I'm 190cm) but to be honest this is an issue at most of my stays in Germany or Austria for some reason.
Breakfast was really good, enough choice for me and my wife. We ate our breakfast in the lobby because we had our dog with us, despite low tables this was fine :). Room and bathroom was very clean and modern.

The wifi didn't reach our room 😒 but other than all was excellent.
The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Hotel was near stores, groceries and restaurants and highway. Breakfast was very good. And parking was plenty and free in front of the hotel. And it's very near Rulantica. I highly recommend this hotel.

We liked everything about this hotel.
It is a little gem hidden in Schwarzwald! The stuff is super friendly, the rooms are spacious and very clean, the breakfasts are sufficient. There is a big supermarket walking distance and the parking is free. And they are accepting our furry friends too! Highly recommended!

Nothing. But make sure to call before your “late” arrival because the reception might close before its announced closing time. We did and he was waiting for us.
It was very close to the highway but far enough to be quiet; the room was big and clean. The breakfast was good too. Definitely value for money for the area.

It is a detail but maybe a wardrobe would help of keeping some clothes away from our sight area. But in general nothing to report here.
The room was spacy and very clean. The staff was really polite and helpful. The beds were comfortable. A perfect place to stay if you visit the park which is 8 minutes driving or the rest of the area.

I have a small child who has a egg allergy and the first morning we eat breakfast we asked the people working in the restaurant if everything was make with egg and instead of checking we just said yes which made it a bit harder to find when she would eat but the second morning we asked again and the were very nice people who took the time to go to the kitchen and really check and there was so much things that did not have egg.
It’s was clean and there was everything a walking distance away like Aldi or even deichmann.

The TV wasn't connected. We arrived at night and before sleepong we wanted to browse on TV together, But the available TV wasn't connected. It was sad, we had no other option to entertain. Make sure the TV works as soon as you check in.
this facility was clean and beds were very confortable, the bathroom was very good. This location is perfect for a night stop.

Only one elevator to serve the whole hotel and it gets very busy during breakfast / check in / check out time. (We have waited for 10 minutes !!) Breakfast is really does not worth it (very busy area with very limited options) TV has no wifi although it seems it is a smart tv The room was not cleaned during out 2 nights stay Bed was smelly
