When we checked in, we requested an additional room but the receptionist confirmed the hotel is fully booked. Then, he could only offer a suite that costs 1000 EUR per night. When I asked him to talk with his manager, he came back and said he could offer additional (3rd room) for 450 EUR per night and he would arrange (3) rooms next to each other! The bed sheets are not clean though rooms are very clean.

The hotel's location is somewhat challenging to access by car, as it requires obtaining a permit in advance, which can be difficult to arrange in a clearly designated area. Additionally, there is a risk of receiving a fine from the police while waiting. Like many places in Europe, the bathroom does not include a bidet, so you may need to bring your own portable bidet.

The hotel maintained excellent cleanliness, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. Particularly noteworthy was the receptionist, Lila, who was not only helpful and kind but also offered valuable advice and spoke Arabic fluently. The restaurant staff were amiable, and the hotel features a sushi restaurant, which ranks second only to another similar establishment in quality and service.

While the hotel is super convenient to walking to the square and for sight seeing, it can be a real hassle to get to. It’s in a NO DRIVE AREA of Munich which is great for walking and sight seeing, it’s horrible trying to navigate your car to the hotel. The hotel makes it easier by sending a walking person to your location so he can drive your car to the hotel with a pass, we DID NOT KNOW that was an option and a recommendation to do that from the hotel. We drove around the area for 20 minutes trying to find hotel. We did not see the email about calling. Once we called the front desk attendant sent a person immediately to meet us and all was great from that point.

The room was very clean and nice. A beautiful and large shower. One of the best showers in any hotel. The location was perfect to sight see in the square and to walk to the train station.

No gym - Only because i train every day - But later found out that you had partnered with a top gym locally - I idnt know this - You should've shouted about it more ! The light switches - lever light switches are way way easier to operate - Those haptic style switches are terrible The new Aston Martin DB12 switches for reference

Best breakfast ive had anywhere - Had eggs benedict - 10/10 Service - 10/10 Location 10/10 Room was amazing - best mini bar selection for this type of room ive seen The doors and glazing - top of the range and fully sound proof - very impressive
