This was "just" a transit hotel for us on the way home from the Mountains, but was much more! Fantastic room (mini suite), sofa bed and babycot were all made up ready for us on arrival which was fantastic, and daughter loved the Haribo treats left for her. Hotel bar was fun with a very accomplished barman making some cocktail works of art. Breakfast was your regular fantastic and huge German spread!

The pillows were poor but I guess that's a personal choice

The room was spacious and comfortable but rather hot with no A/C. The bed was fine. Breakfast was quite extensive. Staff were very accommodating, even walking out on the street with me to show me where I could pay for parking (the hotel garage was full). The location is close to the main town pedestrian area (restaurants etc.) but we can recommend the Pizza place next door. Good food; great value and service.

I would have liked a water cooker in my room for making decaf coffee. But that's all I can think of.

The receptionist was a very friendly, helpful and amicable dude. I really loved the personal way he welcomed me and stored my bike. The breakfast was extraordinary. Great coffee and many food items to choose from. I was trying to lose some weight. That had to wait another day :p The room was basic but comfortable and very clean.

Here on bookings was advertised that there was a gym, and this was not the case (at least the woman at the checkin desk told me there wasn t) The woman at the lobby could have been more friendly . nothing out of the ordinary but a smile , a greet or a bye would have been a nice start (instead of ignoring me when i was standing at her at the desk (i didn t interrupt because she was on the phone), but interrupted her call for the people that came after me (although still on the phone, while still ignoring me ). might be a detail , but a welcome feeling or receiving the opposite makes a difference when it comes to hotels.

Nothing that was worth remembering.

Great location close to the central square with many good restaurants around. Super quick check-in and check-out. Underground parking facilities at a small extra charge. No fuzz, very easy-peasy. Great breakfast with fresh orange juice à volonté. Nice intimate atmosphere. Free cot for our child!

All was great. Nothing could be better.

Very-very good! Not even one minus. Everything was great. Especially quick and friendly checking-in and breakfast. A lot of good restaurants around. Very close to all the famous places in Saarbrucken. Great value.

We loved everything about this hotel! Modern decor, very friendly staff, incredible breakfast and central location, with the possibility of parking in the hotel’s private garage for a very reasonable rate.
