Tv is too small and isn’t working properly. The picture is flattering. Bathroom was really dirty. The toilet seat is almost yellow. Also flush was not clean. There was also a kind of smell in the bathroom. One of the towels was dirty with spots.

The staff was very kind and friendly. Check-In was quick. Price is top.

When they ask E16 Euro for a really small glass of whisky I was thinking we are in Monaco. But no...still Rüsselsheim. Of course after the ladies was checking again -I do not know what, but they were check something- the price was falling down to10 Euro. So for every one who goes there a little piece of advice-ask before buy.

10€ charge to park, hotel offers free parking, neglecting to mention only 3 spaces 20€ charge for dog, this was not mentioned at time of booking, I would certainly have booked elsewhere if the hotel had been honest up front about it

I chose the breakfast included option, which normally I would get a buffet of eggs, bacon, toast, fruits, etc. But due to the current pandemic, I received only 4 pieces of bread and a few slices of lunchmeat everyday which got old very quickly. And I still had to pay the same price which I found to be a ripoff. The wifi was also good, but not great. I had to constantly log in every several hours to re-certify. And finally, I was not aware that they had a laundry room to wash clothes. Once I found out about it, I did end up using it, but everything was in German. Be sure to use a translator to figure out the washer and dryer settings.

Location was near good shopping locations for small items and some food. The room included a small stove and cookware to make meals on my own which was an added bonus. There's also a nice walking/running trail along the Main River for exercise.

The staff was very bad , no parking space or you should pay 10 euro for 24 hours. Bad bad bad , the booking too is bad because when I tried to as for help , all the phone numbers in Germany was wrong.

no heating, and it was cold! no extra pillows or blankets reception staff only on the premises from 12:00 till 21:00, so you never got to see anyone if you had a problem room telephone inop

I booked two nights in this hotel but I didn't stay in the hotel because they had to close it. They booked me in their sister hotel in another town, which was not convenient for me, so I found other accommodation. I have been communicating with the hotel and booking.com to get my money refunded, without any resolution. I will never book with booking.com or this hotel chain again.

We arrived at the hotel at 22PM and the hotel was closed. It appears that hotel didn't ask Booking.com to remove the hotel from the website. It took a while to speak with someone and we were asked to go to a different Ameida hotel. When we arrived in that hotel there was no family room available and it took ages till the staff go us at least a room for the night. The room that we got was comfortable and a good option for the price.

I booked at the Amedia Hotel in Rüsselsheim to extend my stay in Europe following a positive COVID test. I had nearly no symptoms remaining, but felt it was better to avoid flying for a few more days. When I arrived at the hotel I wore a KN94 mask and kept my distance from the receptionist. When I told him that I had tested positive for covid, his attitude changed drastically. He started yelling at me in German (too fast for me to understand) and told me I had to leave. I asked why, and where I should go, and he became more agitated, shouting, "you need to leave!" and "get out of here!" I am fully vaccinated and my infection was improving. My intention was to stay in my room as much as possible, and not eat at the hotel breakfast or mingle with guests. Rather than get on an airplane, I was trying to do the right thing at great personal expense. The receptionist didn't try to learn any of that. I would not ever stay at an Amedia Hotel due to this experience.

The room was very nice, big, very clean, nice quality of linen, excellent wifi, great bathroom with nice towels, breakfast was plenty with all kind of food, parking place and safe regarding Covid 19
