We were at the last floor and there's quite the number of stairs to climb to get there. No elevator. We're a young couple and only had backpacks so it was doable, but for older people, or people with more luggage it could be a problem if they're put on high floors (for disabled people the structure is fairly inaccessible even before entering, as it has a set of stairs in front of the main door).

Clean. Comfortable. Check in was easy and fairly flexible. Nice view from last floor.

Our stay at Domizil was quaint, because we had a weird situation. Some other guys had the key to our room, and entered it at 2 in the morning on the first night of our stay. We were traumatised so that we couldnt sleep for the rest of the night. Obviously the experience was shoking, so we reported this occurrence to the management, but we did not even get an apology. Then they called and they told us that several clients didn't return the key after the stay, so they just considered explaining to us how, but never taking any measures in our regards in order to feel safer. We couldnt get sleep the other nights too, because we had the fear that someine else could enter the room. We tried to find another Hotel for the rest of the days, but they were to much expensive or didnt had free rooms. This experience changed our holydays in a real mess.

As far as for the room, it was considerably big and tidy but overall very simple and standard. The bathroom was clean. sheets and pillows were as described by everyone on the other reviews. Value for money ratio was ok. Red flag for the key thing though!!! Look beyonde.

The keys were in a box outside of the building entrance . The box was not locked so anyone could take a key , enter in a room and basically have a shower or get a nap before the new guests arrive. We had booked 2 rooms: nr 11 and 5. In number 5 during the night when we were sleeping, there was someone who entered in the room with a double key. This was a horror experience and proved how extremely unsafe this place is. We called the property the next morning and they told us that if it happens again we have to call them or the police. Which means that we had to sleep once more night knowing that there might be someone entering in the room. Crazy...

Cheap and central . However, being cheap doesnt mean it has to be unsafe as well.

Bad and aggressive attitude from the host, they just want to kick you out from your room.. Far from the city center Bathroom is very cold, no heating system inside.. Water inside the bathroom takes 5 minutes to come out as well as the water pressure is low and water is warm not hot enough There is no safety on thee wooden stairs, I was about to fall down when I have mry luggages.. I do not recommend it at all.. Very bad experience I will never book it again..

A shower curtain would be good for the bathroom, and also some soap and shampoo. It would be a nice and cheap detail for the customers.

This is a great place. It is so much better and nicer than what they show in the pictures. It is 10min away from the Main Station by train. It is super clean, quiet, and has a big room. However, I would recommend it for a short visit only, because there is no staff to clean your room, provide clean towels, toilette paper... I stayed for 1 night and it was perfect.

i definitely don’t recommend this if you have luggage, the is no elevator or anyone to help or assist you whatsoever. I had to carry a 40 kg worth if luggage to third floor through an old wooden spiral stairs.

My only real complaint is the same one I have for ALL hotels in Germany: the pillows! German pillows are awful. It would be nice if hotels/hostels had standard pillows available for non-German travelers. But since this affects all hotels in the whole country, I can't really take off any stars for it.

The location was good, the price was excellent, the service was fine, and the room was comfortable and modern.

There were no person to welcome us, only the cleaning lady that seems not to expect our visit. At first she told us we got the day mixed up (not true). Then we had to wait 15 minutes where she called the person in charge for bookings. That person was really rude to me and asked me what was my room number when obviously I had no idea. Then she told me that i should have checked an email but that mail has never arrived. You do not welcome a customer in this way! Plus, ALL THE ROOM KEYS ARE THE SAME! With my key i could open both the principal door of the building (main entrance for everybody) and my private room door: everybody could have entered my private room and steal our things! It is so dangerous. Finally, we booked a deluxe room and we received a standard one.

Ther room was so small there was no place to put luggage except on the floor right in front of the door, blocking the way out. There was also not a single hook in the whole room, nowhere to hang your jacket, clothes, or even towel. Finally, the window in the ceiling has no curtains so you can't block the light, and the rain that came during the night was so loud it kept waking me up.

Easy enough to find the place, close to a tram station.

The staff, or better yet, the lack of staff was an issue. There was nobody to deal with enquiries and I was not provided with a number to call. The number that was posted on the front of the property was answered by someone who claims to have nothing to do with the property. When I did manage to find someone to speak to, I was rushed away without my query being dealt with. Was also given the wrong password to the WiFi. Spent 2 nights with no access to the WiFi.

The only upside was the location
