Location, staff and breakfast -- all excellent. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable.

Very narrow space between bed and wall.. Couldn't keep the water in the shower leaked on floor. Lighting could be better in the room and not all the lights worked.

The location excellent. The best breakfast in our 8 weeks of travel. Had Kleenex yeah staff were great. They all work hard. Good service. Friendly . They let us change rooms as we felt the bed was uncomfortable and they did this quickly. It had an elevator.

It was very noisy during the night with open windows ( there was no air conditioner in the room) you can hear all arriving and departing trains. And water pressure was not always hard.

Nice location close to train station, which is perfect for those who travel by train.

The room was small but very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing us to get an early breakfast so that we could get our train. Superb breakfast - everything you could think of. And more!

Friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast, quiet room.conveniently near the station, restaurants close by for evening meal . A lift up to the third floor. We would stay here again and recommend to our friends.

I was charged 6 euro /per night more for a city tax despite the fact that the booking confirmation already included that city tax.

Lovely stylish hotel and the location is great. Breakfast was superb , very tasty with different varieties of beverages and drinks.

There was a cctv camera pointed at the roof garden/balcony area immediately outside our room, which felt like it was looking into our room, though it was clearly there for security. We had curtains but some blinds would've helped it feel more private whilst still allowing light in.

Very well furnished, comfy bed, great shower. Literally across the road from the train station. Tasty breakfast (usual great options continental style - meats, breads, cheeses etc) with some unique desserts which were a nice touch and friendly staff who spoke English well.

There should be a kettle with tea, coffee and milk in a place like this especially at this price range. The bathroom was so tiny. That's fine but I was really hopeful of some tea and coffee making facilities in such a hotel.

The central location was great. The staff were lovely, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic.

I had an unacceptably bad interaction with a person named Gina. I arrived the first morning twelve minutes after breakfast time had elapsed (I mistook the last time for breakfast). Gina called me out in a public and unprofessional manner. They seemed to be trying their best to talk down to me. When I explained I simply got the time wrong, Gina responded with the tone of someone talking to a newborn wall, and rudely tried to explain to me how time works. A refresher course on guest services would work well. I would still recommend this establishment, just do not come late for breakfast or Gina may come for you.

The Location was excellent, The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were mostly very good. The two people who checked me in and checked me out were friendly, professional, and courteous.

The bathroom in the room must be the smallest I have ever seen. No space for anything, whether it's toiletries or a full grown adult, it was very awkward.
