The fridge and kettle weren't near a plug socket😂... The wash basin in the bathroom had toothpaste marks still in it, but the rest of the bathroom was clean 😊. No wardrobes or cupboards to put anything in.

The Receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Room was warm, beds comfy, it was quiet and it felt safe. Good to have a kettle and a fridge, even though there was no plug socket nearby! 😂

We found it difficult to get the door locks to work and needed help from staff to get into the room. The rooms and bathroom were very small but for one night were fine.

Location was excellent and it was clean. Lift access made it easy to get luggage to the room. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

This is not a criticism of the hotel, but the tap water in Wuerzburg tastes horrible. Buy or bring your own water! The bathroom is old, very cramped and poorly maintained. It obviously was not renovated at the same time as the rooms. The balcony was dirty and overlooked the back of other properties, we didn't bother using it.

Good location for getting around the city on foot, and there is a nearby parking garage. Very comfy beds, they seemed very new. Most of the room had been recently renovated.

Quite uncomfortable bed, too soft and leaning against the wall, shower without pressure. Definitely not in line with German standards for that price.

Nice hotel located in the city center and only 15 minutes on foot from the train station. The check in was super easy and we could leave the luggage in the hotel after the check out. We did not book any breakfast, so we can not evaluate it. The room is confortable and bigger than the average hotel room, with water cooker, small fridge and a safe. Bathroom with window!! Staff very nice and welcoming.

The room was very small for 3 people. There were no big towels in the room, just a small hand/face towel for each person - so we had to use that after showering. We have put the "please clean room" sign on the door, but nobody came to clean the room. We were expecting someone to come and clean it and bring some toilet paper, since we had run out, but we came back in the evening just to notice no one had been there. The breakfast could improve a lot - there was just bread/croissants, some spreads, cereal, and you could take some foil-wrapped plates that contained either 3 slices of cheese or 3 slices of meat. Some vegetables or other dishes (omelette etc) would have been much appreciated, considering the price of the room :)

We were expecting the check-in to be somewhat problematic, since we had sent a request to check in late and got no reply. Fortunately, everything went well - the reveltion was closed, but we called the number on the door and got our keys in 10 minutes. The room and bathroom were clean. We especially appreciated the fact that we could adjust the bed mattress with a remote control. The TV had Netflix and anything else you might need. The staff was always friendly and the location was great - just a few minutes walking distance to the centre.

There was no staff serving guests arriving after 4.30pm for check-in. They just changed the hotel phone number but it was not updated on website or anywhere else and we could not reach any staff. We booked a triple room but no bedsheet and towel were provided for the 3rd person, and we could not reach any staff. The saving grace was that the staff at the breakfast room the next morning offered free breakfast for us as compensation.

The staff, a young lady, at the breakfast room was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

Kettle in the room - no cups or spoons? Shower door wasn't fixed at the top but we could still use the shower. Not enough coat hangers in the room for three adults.

Location was fantastic, everything was in walking distance. Rooms were a good size, our party was three adults, beds were so comfy! Great brunch place underneath called Flawless - delicious.
