The hotel is located in a picturesque town very close to the mountains. It is very atmospheric and cosy. Our room had a beautiful view from the window. We also enjoyed the breakfast (which was included in the price) and dinner (which wasn’t, but we highly recommend it anyway - especially local beer). The staff was friendly and they spoke English. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed - nice beds, hot shower, a fridge. We definitely recommend this place.

Reception was very smooth with attendant friendly and helpful. Waiter was friendly and spoke several languages. Large breakfast with attentative staff.

The location of the hotel in the middle of Garmisch was very good and everywhere we went was in reasonable walking distance. The staff, our room and the food was great. Breakfast was also great as well especially the different varieties of bread, cheese, tea and meats. I would book this hotel once again for my next vacation next year.

The lamp in the bathroom was broken. The shower cabin was quite old and couldn't be fully closed. Only scrambled eggs and bacon as hot dishes for breakfast.

Good room. The hotel is very clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We get a room with a nice view from balcony.

My bed was making a screeching sound, probably the springs were not good. It was comfortable but could have been better for the price.

Breakfast was really good. The rooms were very clean and the staff spoke English. The view to the mountain from our bedroom was the best part for me.

There was no socket near the mirror. And parking is not enough for all rooms! Personally i didn't like (and didn't understand) why during breakfast we were ordered to sit at certain table. I would prefer to select the table myself. There were no sweet bakery at the breakfast, there were not so much choices of food in general.

Everything was good, especially location. it's a city center, many cafes and shops nearby. However, not most quite, but anyway ok! Hotel is authentic style, many antics there. Room is comfortable, enough space in there. there is an elevator, big plus.

When we arrived on Saturday afternoon the staff of the restaurant was not friendly at all, one could even say that they were impolite. This left a really bad impression for the rest of the day. It has to be said that the lady doing the breakfast next morning was very friendly, which to some extend compensated.

Parking was difficult to find initially due to construction but we were then told if a private parking area for guest once we checked in

Breakfast could have more choice and better quality. Bar and Restaurant only open for breakfast and closed rest of day but open again in evening on Friday. Not sure if they only do dinner at weekends or what. Staff had very limited English language. Car park for hotel small and places not reserved.

The view from the bedroom balcony of the mountains was amazing. Room was very large with plenty of space. Nice decor with wooden beams, traditional alpine German style. Room was a wow. Very close to street with several bars and restaurants.

Curtains thin so didn't block out the light. Could be cold in winter.

Hotel is traditional Bavarian, not new but well kept and clean. Fantastic view of the mountains from our balcony. Although it's 15 mins easy walk from the station it's worth it, because it's in Partenkirchen on a pedestrian street with lovely old painted buildings, shops, restaurants etc. Room was spacious, clean, good shower. Double bed was in fact two single beds pushed together but beds were comfortable. Breakfast generous. Restaurant serves hearty bavarian food and was full of locals - the best recommendation.
