There not a straight connection from the 6th. floor parking towards the 6th. floor reception, you must go down and go up again for the check-in... not a problem for me but might be a bit challenging with lots of luggage or people that have less physical mobility. I had a wiener-shnitzel for dinner, honestly I expected a bit more quality of this typical German dish, was not fresly made...

Good hotel, check-in at the 6th. floor, with different other floors for the rooms. Very friendly people, nice and clean rooms with comfortable bed, good restaurant, good price-quality. Easy to reach, and big parking free of charge at the 6th. floor of the shopping center in the same building...

Hard to find the entrance from parking. Far away from center.

Parking position being in the the same floor with hotel but no connection between them you have to go up to sixth floor, park then go down again then go up again to sixth floor in the side of the hotel rooms and reception, no connection between hotel and parking . Shower you can not control it , just one button to press and that’s it .

Room was wide and very clean Breakfast was very rich and had almost everything, breakfast staff were very helpful and nice Location was good , but parking was not comfortable and was not in a good position having to go to sixth floor then come back to ground floor then up again to hotel reception and rooms in fifth and sixth floor, imagine with all the suite cases and other items in hand

Location is great, surrounded by all kind of shops and facilities. Staff is very kind and accommodating.

The parking for oversized vehicles. Signage to find the front door and lobby

Rooms feel a bit bare. It is clean and well furnished, but there is just a lot of empty space, empty walls and floors. At least some rugs might help not to walk over cold floors.

Everything was clean and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant was also pretty good. Tall ceilings and big windows make it feel a bit luxurious. It was a great value.

reception only accessible via lift (or stairs, but not recommended with luggage), waiting time for lift has to be considered

Not easy to find the hotel, long way from the car park. The free car park is at level 6 of the parking, to go to hotel you have to go back down to level 0 and then get the other lifter for the hotel. It's ok but if you don't ask it is difficult to find the way

24H check in. Room is nice and clean. Price is ok

The cleaning of the room was not upto the mark, the used cups and glasses were not replaced while cleaning

* Parking instructions and hotel reception location were disappointing. Arrived late in the evening and it took us ages to figure out the maze of entrances and lifts to get to the hotel * Neighbourhood in the evening can be a bit dodgy

* Room large and comfortable for a family of 4 * Massive supermarket and shops on the ground floor are really handy * Good value for money, right next to Swiss border

- we had to turn on the heat ourselves - the room was still cold at night - blankets weren't enough

Only con was that in later afternoon, we couldn't get much food in the restaurant.

very convenient as almost connected with a shopping mall. parking was also convenient that you can choose free one in case of higher floor or just 5€ per day for the ground floor which you can directly access to the elevator for the reception. room was big enough for family of 3 with a little baby. everything was clean.
