Information on Booking about parking was ambiguous on the customer point of view, not clear if was free or not. It says private parking (but owned by the hotel), not from a 3rd party, so I didnt expect to pay for it, but in the end it was paid. Not a big deal, but this needs to be more clear to avoid future confusions.

We liked everything about the property. The most important thing that we liked was the fact that it provided parking in the center of the city.

A charming little hotel with personality located in the center of town a few yards from the castle. It follows a Durer motive and generally is a lovely place.

The main thing I did not like was that the gym was very hard to get to and located in an obscure place. I had toask for the key and a guide from the front desk to get there and even the guide (who was new) had a hard time finding it. It is there, as is the sauna, but it is not easy to access in my opinion.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is in Old Town near the castle walls. Just a short walk outside you will be in a friendly cobblestone plaza where locals share a beer and maybe a few sausages in a lively but not overly loud environment. You will be reasonable close to two U-bahn stops U3 and U1 and you will feel like you are in living in a different time.

Considering prices paid the hotel should provide every room with a free bottle of water (few pennies only) but told water in room bar at several Euros!!

Located in the heart of the Old Town, we just love this gem of a hotel. Great folks at reception, easy walk to the castle, Christmas Market and shopping. The room a are clean, quiet, and comfortable with a delicious breakfast buffet.

Fantastic selection at the breakfast buffet, bring your appetite! The bar was open late as well which was nice. The location can't be beat - a few minutes walk to the Christmas Market with lots of dining and bars nearby and the beautiful lit wall just up the street. The parking is a little odd but I was thankful to have my rental car parked indoors over a snowy December weekend.

We had a corner room which was very nice and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic. The location seemed a little far from the train station, but not bad. It was uphill, though :)

The location was ideal, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was an elegant and hearty experience. Excellent service from Roderigo at breakfast. He was attentive and friendly. The beautifully decorated lobby was warm and cozy. The perfect place to relax on the couches by the Christmas tree. There was also seating that allowed us to play cards after visiting the nearby Christmas market.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The staff were really kind and available for any question that we had, the breakfast was delicious, the bed was comfy and the room was extremely clean! The location was perfect, near the castle and also to all the Christmas markets.
