We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The restauraunt was one of the best italian food, and i am an italian american. BTW RESTAURAUNT closed on monday. The breakfast was ok for 7 euros. it was clean, and comfortable. It retained its old world charm.

We liked the following: friendly staff, large room, very clean, nice beds, Italian restaurant in-house, decent breakfast, free parking, close to A3 highway.

GermanyRoom 93 located in the 3rd floor is really uncomfortable and sucks. Judging by the emergency planes in the hall, it seems this room wasn't meant to be a guest room. All other rooms where I've been are fine. Also the TV configuration settings in all rooms don't allow me to plug in my laptop via HDMI. So I'm forced to watch sessions in my small screen rather than the big TV.
It's within walking distance to where I work and the gym. The internet is fast The restaurant is good Shower is warm with good pressure

LuxembourgThey had a huge party with staff and clients. The noise continued until 1am and 2am with cleaning. I told the Staff that I traveled 4 hours to stay overnight because I had a seminar in the morning and the reply was that they had the authorisation from the boss. Considering that I booked my room only so I could have a good night sleep so I would be fit in the morning I felt robbed of what I reserved for. It's unfortunate that I can't judge for the rest but such a disrespectful attitude towards the other clients is in my opinion not worth giving them a second chance.

Very nice place - we visit regularly for family over Christmas. Clean rooms, lovely staff, parking directly in front, easy night access. Staff even send a cable I forgot without any extra cost to Switzerland.

United KingdomNoise in room so bad, only small hotel/guest house with excessive noise from neighbouring rooms, doors banging, people and children stomping and running about till early hours, which resonates throughout the room. Then serving in bar/restaurant till 02.45 am on Saturday night and people then coming to rooms shouting, banging doors and general drunk loud conversation until gone 03.00hrs, resulted in virtually no sleep at all… I appreciate its the individuals staying showing no consideration for others but it’s to be expected if still serving people alcohol till that time! limited private parking for hotel, unless you park on road outside, which is ok at weekends because on industrial estate which is closed, but probably not same on weekdays
