Rooms are dark and don't have proper lighting making it very hard to see anything in your bag or in the wardrobe. It wouldn't be possible to do any work from the room due to the poor lighting. The bathroom did not have any wash products. Wi-fi password is not pointed out at check-in and is not easy to find. These are drawbacks, especially for someone on a business trip.

I received a free upgrade to a better room. I appreciated the additional space in the room and the larger bed. The bed was comfortable. The person checking me in was very friendly and answered my question knowledgeably. These all made my stay more comfortable.

The facilities were very poor. Minibar empty. The hair dryer was full of dust and making weird noises. The air cleaner was also full of dust. The room was very small and same the bathroom. No breakfast option. Far away of the 4 star status. Parking place - only 5 and 15€ per day same as the parkhaus next to the hotel.

Getting in was a bit troublesome as there was no one at the desk at check in time. After pressing the doorbell for 10 minutes someone finally came to the door.

i wish more things like an iron,coffee and tea machines were included in the room since there is a fridge already and some spots were not cleaned well since i had found an old cigarette in my lamp which was concerning.

the location was nice and also near a tram stop as well as next to the shopping street and only about 10 minutes away from the central station,the staff was nice and helpful and most importantly there was amazing air conditioning which made the stay even nicer.

The room and television were small. The headboard of the bed was covered in dust and had not been cleaned prior to my arrival. Someone from the hotel made a courtesy call to my room and opened the door as I was undressed which caught me by surprise and left me feeling uncomfortable

Location of the property is very handy as it is situated near so many great locations including museums, markets and Köln‘s very own world famous cathedral

We had to ask for towels but to be fair they arrived a few minutes after the request. There was no soap in the dispenser. Our main problem was not the hotel but the adjoining car park. It would only take payment in cash, as in coins. We had to find 30 euro in coins on Easter Sunday after a two day stay. So not the best hotel if like us you are driving.

Very good location to see the old town of Cologne. The staff were very nice.

did not recieve a lot of information on checkin: wifi code and location of the breakfast, so nothing about the breakfast card, location/info of the wellness center... first evening we wanted to go to the bar to hear that it was closed, but apparently it was not. the room was a bit dark for my personal preference in the bathroom there was a bath and possibility to take a shower in the bath, but the showerhandle was not adjustable (so a little bit messy if you want to take a shower)

location is perfect if you want to go shopping or go to the christmas market (and parking nearby) junior suite is quite spacious breakfast has enough variety (and big coffee mugs) the wellness center is around the corner and has plenty of things to do, definitely a must go if you want to relax during your stay

cleaning happened only every other day and had to live with garbage. Aircon is only heat in the winter, had to leave a window opened to the very noisy street. room decor is a little flimsy-- unmounted, glass countertops and a rather strange split bathroom-- toilet in a very tiny space and bath-room. just a bit funky but it all was ok. breakfast was a little underwhelming. not a lot on the buffet for way too much money.
