I wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy all the amenities provided by the hotel and the wonderful location in the city center but not IN the city center.

The staff were amazing! Every interaction was very pleasant and extremely helpful. I highly recommend anyone to stay here regardless of time frame visiting the city. The hotel has a parking pass (you do have to pay for but at half cost of the normal garage fee) and there's a small driveway where you can unload, grab the pass then park!!

I didn't like that there was no minibar in our room.

I loved my room, 25 it’s beautiful outfitted with art deco touches and very comfortable I loved the lobby and lounges, so sophisticated. Breakfast was excellent as well And the staff super nice and helpful

Outstanding Property! It’s a beautiful historic Villa that is perfectly renovated and turned into a hotel. It feels as if you’re visiting a wealthy family member who traveled the world and brought back eccentric touches without crowding the space

The hotel is very nicely decorated. The room was big, bright and very clean. The toilet was brand new and with a lot of space. Although the breakfast didn't have much variety, it was very good, with fresh fruits and bread, good coffee, yogurt and muesli. There is also a nice bar inside the hotel, but unfortunately I couldn't enjoy it because it was closed. Smooth check-in and check-out, and the staff was very friendly.

I would have appreciated a kettle to make myself a tea or coffee when coming back from my walk but the personel was kind enough to offer me a warm drink upon request.

Great location, easy to catch the metro or walk to the city center. The hotel is very nicely decorated with a mix of modern touches in a classic ensemble.

The only thing I would have appreciated was a reminder about when and where breakfast was located. It is my fault I didn't remember I paid for the breakfast in advance, but it would have been helpful to hear about the breakfast when checking in. Other than that I was blown away by the service and the food!

I loved the fresh fruit and the coffee machine. You could pick the type of coffee from a simple smooth espresso to a latte. The food was amazing, and it was easy to pick options for our 1 year old as well.

The bar was not open and it was not possible to buy bottles of water after the staff had left for the evening. The beds were uncomfortable.

Wow... where to begin. When I opened the door of hotel at night, I couldn't believe, it was so classy. And then the room was so lovely and cool, spatious, with toiletries, bathroom was so cool, it also had floor heating. There was shampoo and shower gel too with big bottles. The view was lovely of cathedral. Definitely 10 or 100 times better than the price that I payed. Bed was comfortable. Everything was super clean. There was a lovely wardrobe with a sliding door. If I have an opportunity to pay the same price I would definitely stay again. And the best was the blonde girl in reception, she was so cute and kind and helpful, I left with all smiles 💛

We visited over the Christmas holidays so room service (cleaning) was a bit hit & miss. However , we spoke with the reception manager and it was quickly sorted.

Great location, very comfortable rooms, we were given an upgrade. Staff were outstanding and very supportive.

The room was often cool, especially on the floor. Just one key card, which seemed to turn off the entire system, including the heating. Because upon arrival the coolness remained, but the radiator no longer provided much heat. There is no private parking, so parking problems may arise.

We really liked the atmosphere of the hotel itself and its location. The staff was pleasant and answered all questions asked thoroughly. Breakfast was not so much hearty as it was healthy. Quite a decent option for the money.

A friendly greeting from the staff starts everything off well. Our room was beautifully decorated as an individual space, not a cookie-copied clone. A spectacular bathroom sparkled, as it was so clean, bright & modern. A bar, with character, was available on the ground floor. Breakfast was outstanding: fresh fruits & berries plus all of the standard faire but at a higher quality than most. Parking garage was across the street, that was highly popular. Located at Theresienwiese it is convenient for many activies at that site, in our case Christmas Market.
