We could smell cigarette smoke in the bedroom which isn't pleasant. Everywhere had carpets which didn't feel fresh or clean. The beds didn't have any protectors on them which isn't very hygienic. It wasn't exactly service with a smile.!!

It was in a very good location and close to many things. There was a car park close by. The room was a reasonable size for four people. There was a kettle and a hairdryer which is always a bonus. The location was in a quiet area.

Lack of coffee - given the location it was easy to get breakfast elsewhere but maybe you could have a coffee machine at reception and biscuits? Some of the hotel felt run down and the plumbing was very noisy but it didn't bother me, stayed only one night and likely to return for the location.

The location is amazing, right at the main station but really quiet side street. Reception staff were really friendly too. The room had everything I needed, I slept really well.

location was excellent - very close to main station, short walk to the old town, lake at the end of the street, close to Lange Reihe, Main Street in neighbourhood with lots of cafes and restaurants

Unfortunately, the mattresses were not good and quality, and there was a lot of depression in the back, which if we stayed more than one night, we would definitely have back pain, one of the walls of the room and the bed frame were not cleaned and most importantly The TV remote control was greasy and dirty.

The proximity to the city center was excellent, the bathroom And towels were clean, the staff were very respectful and good.The pillows, bedspreads and sheets were perfectly clean and fragrant.Cupboards and glasses are very clean.

Old furnished room with smelly wardrobe, bad faint lights in the room, stains in the toilet but not dirt (probably very old). I was given different room when I arrived. I booked single room while given double room in second floor, the stairs are a nightmare (for people with knee problems). The receptionist then offered me to move to the single room next day (which I did). The first double room was so cold as one of the heaters was not working! I phoned several times and there was a very bad communication with the receptionists due to language barrier. They didn't do anything and the first night was freezing. The single room in first floor was ok, better furnished and not smelly, toilet clean. I emphasised not to clean my room due to the COVID 19 risk (as I don't want anyone to touch my stuff) but they came in oneday despite the fact I didn't allow this. They took the rubbish out which is good but tried to tied my clothes and sheets!! The receptionist apologized for this. I would give a suggestion to do the ( Do not disturb sign). I wrote a paper and put it in front of my door.

4 minutes walk from Hamburg Hauptbanhof, so it's close to all public transport, also very close to variety of restaurants, supermarkets and shops, good wifi signal and comfortable bed. Quiet area so that you can sleep in peace.

Bathroom. The temperature of water is not stable and the amount of water is too little. The toilet paper is put in a corroded iron can, which I find it not sanitary.

It’s really near the train station so it’s really convenient to access most of attractions. The check-in and check-out time is quite flexible.

Reception: they are not used to speak english.

Position: perfect position to walk on the city and to move with tram/metro.

We booked a room with the option to pay in cash upon check-in. The hotel charged the credit card without consent and did not want to return it for cash payment. The rooms are old and very dirty. The rooms were not cleaned after the previous guests.
