How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

Airing and shower directly next to bed, airing took about 20 min to go off again. Very loud when you would like to sleep

Everything was OK !
I want to say that they are great people from all points of view and the location and the breakfast are a dream! As a parenthesis, which has nothing to do with the comment above, is the fact that I left my jacket at the reception and they sent it by courier directly to my home (I would have wanted to pay for the shipping but they they sent it for free!) We will definitely come back!!!

Location was really good. Room was clean and stuff gave us gift after check out. Staff was friendly. Wifi was fast, even netflix was available.

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. Very tastefully and wittily decorated. Super clean. Great breakfast. A big thank you to the receptionist Nikita who was very helpful and efficient.

This is a charming little hotel. They have bikes available to rent. The area gets few American tourists and very little English is spoken. That being said, everyone was friendly and helpful and we were able to easily make our way around town.

It would’ve been nice to know that there’s no elevator as we were traveling with a pram.
Amazing breakfast served at the hotel lobby. A very cozy and comfortable restaurant on the hotel ground-floor. There was a selection of local delicacies which we found delicious and unique. The room we stayed in was big and comfortable, the room and the bathroom were spotlessly cleaned.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. I really liked the breakfast and for the first time (I travel a lot) I had a warm and nice cappuccino with vegetable milk. The room was super clean, quiet and comfortable and they all have a special touch. the Owner has very good taste.

Everything was great
We chose this hotel for our wedding anniversary celebration and were fully satisfied with the service :) The workers were extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and the pillows - soft and comfortable, also the breakfast was very good. All in all, top pick in Lübbenau :) Highly recommended!

No problems really.
Breakfast was just outstanding, the town was interesting though kind of weirdly Florida like given a lot of tourism and retirees. The beds etc. were fine. The staff were incredibly friendly and even spoke German with us as we are trying to learn.

Our AC was not working properly and we finally had to give up on it on a very warm night and turn it off as it made intermittent loud noises. It did not leave us with a restful sleep. When I mentioned it to the staff she was aware of the problem and said they had a technician look at it. Very disappointing that they were aware of the problem and still offered the room to guests.
The staff were excellent and professional.
