Reception closed from 2pm,so no 24hour access to reception . The bar was very poorly stocked with no ice or wine and no draught beer. At the price we paid we would have expected a mini bar or fridge in room also coffee pods in room were unlabelled so unable to distinguish which was which as didn’t match chart provided. Administration very poor as on attending for breakfast the fist day was told booking was with no breakfast until I proved this via my email confirmation from yourselves, paid in cash the local tourist tax(30 Euro) to one receptionist then asked for this again at checkout as had not been credited to my account also we had to inform them we had a bar bill for some beers which had not been recorded.

We were disappointed that reception was closed despite arriving at 3pm, there were no towels in the room and we had to wait till the following morning to get them. On the day of our departure we were woken by cleaning staff coming into the room

The only remark is related to the breakfast organization. The first day was totally fine, but on the second day it was more crowded and the breakfast options ended up fa's without timely recharge.

The room headed to one of the main streets so there was a lot of noise, no air conditioning, and the fan they provided wasn't enough refreshing. So, So there were two options: either we opened the windows to cool the environment, or we closed them and suffocated from the heat. Also, they cleaned our room and left the door open once...

I think it I would be better to teach their staffs how to deal with guest and i think they need a good hotel management training .

I checked in on Saturday, the reception was closed and I was waiting almost 1 hour to get the key to get into my room. one staff was very unfriendly and look like she hates her job.

Unfortunately room is not the same as a photo, it was small and not such stylish as we saw on photos. In bathroom we didnt see some bath cosmetic as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, only soap. And there is no refrigerator in the room.

The breakfast was below average. Almost no equipment on the room, only 2 small bottles of water and TV. Also need some different pillows for a better bed comfort. The room is quiet only if windows closed. No parking at the hotel, not even for a short stop.

The stuff was very friendly, the room was nice, big and had a great view. Public parking house nearby at reduced price. Great location, close to city.

Not much really. Great value and conveniently located.

Location was brilliant.opposite the Rathaus and massive public park and lake. Close to the old city. Close to the car park. Staff suggested we should do the red thread walk. It is a redline you follow around the old city. 4.2km. Fascinating. Very pleased staff suggested it.

The walls and doors are thin. My room was at the top of the stairs and it was pretty loud at times. The door also didn't have a real lock on it.

Stayed at the hotel for the Hannover Marathon weekend. It was excellent, location couldn't be better. The hotel allowed late checkout until 4pm after the race for only 20€.
