Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

DenmarkFitness area is poor, very little practical equipment. Big corporate event during my stay was quite dominating and not conducive to a luxury hotel stay.
Great room and very good breakfast although the coffee service was super slow coming.

TurkeyI experienced 2 different reception staff, whether it was a luck of mine or not, they were both apprentice and very lack capability of asissting. For check in waited around 20 minutes and check out around 15 minutes. Double size beds or king beds need to have double blanket. For tall people it is quite strange to fit in a single blanket in a king size bed!
The hotel location looks good. I didnt search honestly around the hotel but it was very near to the nice river area. Rooms were big enough and comfortable. Bathroom amenities are very high qualified. Rooms are equipped with everything that you may need. So you dont need to ask reception or somewhere else for an item. My view was looking inside of the hotel hole however it was still good. When I open my window I could have the fresh air and with a very good view. I didnt get chance to try but I saw many different restaurants also were giving service inside of the hotel which is good. Brekfast was very nice, not too many chocies but fresh, qualified and delicious.

The Penthouse Suite was very comfortable and spacious. Access to the balcony was particularly appreciated. The gym was well designed and well equipped. House keeping was reliable and of a very high standard. Check in and Check out were smooth. We are looking forward to staying here again when we are next in Hamburg.
