Shower pressure on 4th floor was weak

The shower was very small and I could hear the neighbors and cleaning staff in the morning even though they weren't being particularly loud. The walls are quite thin.

The location is perfect, easy to get to from the main station and centrally located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and had everything I needed

- I would appreciate parking directions before coming to the city - hotel is on the first floor with not so distinct entrance from the street - really small and outdated bathroom - curtains were too short to cover the whole length of windows (with a little improvisation its doable) - wifi signal was too weak

- great location, directly on the busy city centre street - friendly staff - underground parking (could be tight squeeze if more cars are parked) - the room had quite interesting disposition (sink in the room instead of bathroom) and forest wallpaper

I think price of hotel was certainly higher than it used to be considering inflations as well as exhibition shows. I found many foreign visitors in city and heard there is international exhibitions, so probably that is why all hotels in karlsruhe is far more expensive this period. So considering this special price, room is way too small like budget hotel and breakfast is very basic but if out of peak season maybe price can be lower and reasonable for quality of hotel. room is very small but it is renovated with nice decoration so I do not want to complain but it was relative feeling based on high price which cost almost 100euro but it seems all same for other hotels in karlsruhe with inflations reception lady was friendly and polite so I would say service is nice just pity that I could not get iron which I asked before arrival and got confirmation. certainly reception lady apologize and it seems not her fault but in the end, could not use iron for my shirts ,so I could not give a good score but still I would say reception lady was friendly and polite.

Well, the cleaning lady entered my room at 8:13AM when I was still sleeping, therefore waking me up 😐 Also, the cleaning started around 8AM, and was quite noisy.

Room looked worn, old fashioned and not to up to date standard. Usual door keys with no use of key cards, floor boards with gaps, heater cover damaged, no view to the outside.

The location was perfect for me - a short walk to the natural history museum. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was truly exceptional; don't know how they do it for the price. Parking in the underground carpark was safe - once you'd worked out how to get there. A very pleasant experience that I would recommend to anyone.

The room was simple and very clean. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The location is ideal, in the city center and in a pedestrian area. The breakfast had a good choice of items.

Although it is somewhat old fashioned, this hotel has everything you needı>. The rooms are neat and very clean, and the location is perfect. I wanted a quiet room and I got a great room where I had a nice rest and sleep. The ladies at the reception are extremely kind and helpful and everything can be arranged. The pictures of the hotel correspond to the actual condition, and you will get the room you booked and see on booking. I'm going to book the same hotel next time, visiting Karlsruhe.
