The bed pillows looked a bit dirty beneath the pillow cases, as if they had been left on the floor by staff between pillow sheet changes? Actual pillow cases and bedding otherwise looked fresh and clean. We were only three days in the apartment, and it was otherwise perfect, so I didn't get around to complaining. But since I am being asked... that is definately something which should be looked into. Many thanks for an otherwise perfect stay.

We found the apartment a good size for 4, easy check-in, sound insulation from the street was good, great black out blinds in the bedrooms, comfortable beds, nicely furnished and modern, convenient local parking for Eur10.50 a night, plenty of cafes nearby, a short walk to the Binnenalster and Hauptbahnhof Nord, great location for visiting Hamburg. We would definately stay here again.

We stayed one night with friends. The facilities of the apartment were very good for our needs, would have loved to have had the time to stay longer. The apartment was spacious, modern and well equipped. It was located very centrally and we were able to park the car safely at the premises. Would definitely recommend. The young man on reception is definitely in the right job, he was very welcoming, personable and helpful in assisting us to locate local attractions.

The best location. 8-min 600m walking distance is very ideal to my dad who is already at age 80. The home owner is very nice and hospitable and made us very ease. The room is very spacious. The washing machine with drying is very nice to us with 2-week trip.

The apartment was perfect! spacious and clean, functional and tidy. The shower is powerful! The location is only few mins walk from the Central Station. Take S1 and you will arrive at the airport in 30 mins, and the harbour is 10 mins on the train. There are two supermarkets nearby (Edeka). We were met by Glenn at the reception and he is SOO helpful and friendly! He showed us where to go and gave us tips as to where to eat, we followed his suggestion and had a lovely time around the area. We were so thankful for his generous sharing and his spirits made us want to visit Eric V's properties again!

There was a slight stench at the public floor which I suspect was probably a structural defect with the sewerage set-up. Didn’t bother us once we were in the rooms.

The location was great, being merely about 4 mins away from the main shopping area. Room was cosy, with a full range of amenities like washer/ dryer as well as a kitchenette. Nicely appointed rooms.

It is well-situated, was so close to the main street and metro. There are a lot of supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel. The staff was so friendly. Rooms were clean and confortable.

The style of the apartment (a little to spartan) is not my favorite but, this is just personal preference. The door of one of the rooms is "Japanese style" and offers no sound isolation.

Nice staff, always eager to help. We arrived a little early than the check-in time but we were able to park the car. Also, checked-in earlier than the "normal" time. Also, we could leave the car in the garage post check-out time and this is always appreciated. The location is very good.

nothing. reception is not open very long. so access to coffee, tea or cleaning products is not always easy. but not a big deal.

The location was great. 15 minute walk from the congress center. Apartment was clean and new with all the needed things.
