Located in a special location right in the city center, a beautiful building surrounded by vegetation! Beautiful, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom extremely kind staff! A rare thing, we were welcome in the room with a bottle of reisling in the shaker with ice and a welcome card! Fine, refined breakfast, excellent coffee served with a smile face! Congratulations on the way you do your job!

It was rainy. Not the hotels fault.

The hotel is fantastic, 5 star quality hotel and staff. Rooms are clean, actually the entire hotel is. High standards. The refurbishment of the hotel is very well done and looks classy and chique. 2 Michelin star restaurant with great prices and great food. Generous and tasty appetisers.

An additional power socket close to the bed head could be useful. There was only one socket and it was occupied by the hotel's phone.

This is an awesome boutique hotel. Actually, we were not prepared for the level of service in this hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is decorated with good taste and is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is very convenient. In the room, we were welcomed by a small bottle of local sparkling wine in a bucket with ice and a couple of petit fours. There was a Nespresso coffee maker and capsules free to use, a couple of wine bottles, and a minibar. The hotel offered a parking place for a fee. We also dined in the hotel's 2-Michelin-star restaurant, an exceptional 7-course menu dinner. The hotel is located very close to the city center, and a selection of restaurants and bars are nearby. Not far away, you can find the market square with many restaurants surrounding it. Also, there is a shopping street close by.

There is an extensive manual that contains information. I think this is far too large. Nowadays, who reads 30 pages about the hotel they go in? Not a problem since the staff is helpful. I think the key info could be on a single page that contains the key information (WiFi pass, procedure for room service, etc.).

It is a very nicely done hotel. It is not your standard 4 or 5 stars hotel with 100+ rooms. I think they have just 12 rooms so it feels quite intimate. When arriving, there is a bottle of wine and two cookies.

First class experience, the staff could not have been more attentive & helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately we could not try the dinner as the restaurant was closed but there are plenty of places a short walk from the hotel. We booked parking in advance and it was easy and painless. Lovely atmosphere and close to the centre, just a few minutes walk away. Will definitely return there next time we are in the area. Rooms are spacious and clean.

All the staff were very kind, they helped me a lot. They ordered food from the restaurants, recommended a few restaurants, and helped me find a medicine that is not found in my country. Once again, thank you very much! They have a specially arranged room and all the facilities for people with disabilities. Great room. High ceilings, perfect bed, quiet, good shower. Everything is very new. Good breakfast. Last but not least, Esplanade Restaurant (**) is very good, I recommend it!!

I loved everything. The staff was welcoming from the start of when we we arrived. The lobby and room was exceptional. The location of the property was perfect in the city with easy distances from local shopping and restaurants. Didn’t want or need for anything. The restaurant was amazing with the array of fine dishes that ranged from beef to seafood. My choice would be the Black Angus beef. The food was perfectly cooked and the wait staff made the experience even better. My wife and I will happily visit again.
